| We arn't sure who/where she got it from. We are guessing it was from my trainer's house. Makes sense though. They dont think its kennel cough because she doesn't have a fever. Probably an upper respiratory infection. I will get the results tomorrow |

| Dena - I'm so sorry she's that ill. I would think she needs a shot instead of just slow-acting pills. Have them check for pneumonia.

| It sounded like it was lung related. I'm so glad they finally gave her a shot. They can go downhill super fast. Best wishes to you and Zoie!

| I had to take one of my cats in to the vet last week. His eyes were draining and he kept sneezing and looked awful. The vet said that he has a bad upper espiratory infection that is in his head and had not made it to his lungs yet and that he has conjuctivitus. So he got 3 shots and he has an antibiotic that he takes orally and two other oral medicines. Also we have an ointment with a steriod in it that we have to put in his eyes 3 times a day. the vet told us that it was highly contagious and that humans can get it also. So he is quarantined in the heated garage and we have to wear rubber gloves and wash up real good before we come back into the house. Did your vet say anything about her eyes draining? because it sounds a lot like what my cat has but his was not in his lungs just in his head. Hope she gets well soon.

| they didnt say anything about her head. They said it was in her trachea.. it hasn't gotten to her lungs, otherwise she would have had pnemonia. they said her eyes and nose is just like drainage and not to worry about it, it would go away as she gets better. Shes drinking a lot of water, which is good. But she hasn't eaten yet today. |
