Dobie isn't Mr. Moore if that's what you're implying. Two vets I've been to also looked at the health of the animal physically for a health certificate. I believe that's all they're required to do.

Well it really is a simple deduction (but I consider the source) we live in the same area so duh!
A vet is not required to do test for a health cert. The only time they would have to do a test is if the state requires it or the owner requests it. So please tell me how that is falsifying documents? So now the state is at fault is that what you are saying?
Lets see Moore and I share the same air and weather and lets see what else we can find.
So whats wrong with Dane I have not seen anything wrong with what he has said other than he wants to sue everyone! lol

It is very obvious that this person has never seen or even been close enough to a Texas health certificate to even make an informed statement. I just consider the source.

I will try to get some fresh ones this weekend when we get back from the San Antonio Rodeo. Its gonna be a long week we leave Thursday and don't get back till Sat night. The Kids show on Saturday so ugh!
