Pesonally, I don't think much of your vet if he's willing to sign a "HEALTH CERTIFICATE" without doing any tests to verify the health of the animal he is getting paid for!!! | Well it really is a simple deduction (but I consider the source) we live in the same area so duh!
A vet is not required to do test for a health cert. The only time they would have to do a test is if the state requires it or the owner requests it. So please tell me how that is falsifying documents? So now the state is at fault is that what you are saying?
Lets see Moore and I share the same air and weather and lets see what else we can find.
