How funny! On my way home tonight, I was thinking about posting here to ask when baby teeth fall out! Once, again my Yorkie question is answered! Ya'll are super smart Yorkie owners! Thanks! |

I just rinsed them with hot water. Baby Teeth |
Jack had all of his adult teeth by 6 months. He didn't have any problems losing the baby ones, and I found about 4 of them. He probably swallowed and pooped out the rest. I had heard stories of having to have puppy teeth pulled because they wouldn't fall out, but luckily Jack lost his naturally. Funny thing, I found this site by asking the same question, Jack had a couple of double teeth and it scared me, but the YT guys pulled me through. YEAH YT>>> |
Duncan had a problem with his baby teeth they never fell out and he looked like a little shark with two rows of teeth till we had the vet take them out ! |
 I LOVE your scrapbook pages Sara! And that's probably a better idea - just take a picture of the teeth! You have my gears turning now. Very inspiring. :) |
Very cute scrapbook pages sara. Thanks everyone for the info on the teeth. I was wondering about when they will loose them. |
I figured it out. Whenever I find a Bodhi baby tooth in the carpet I put it in a little jar and spray Rhonda's " MAGIC potion " on the tooth. See http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...62&postcount=3 Let it set for a few hours and it really cleans the gunk off of them and makes them very white! |
a question about teeth..i was speaking with someone in the dog park and she stated that her yorkie didn't loose all of her teeth and had to have 5 pulled so her adult teeth would come in. How common is this...not loosing all of the baby teeth and at what point do you decide to take them to get pulled. How many teeth in total are in a yorkies mouth? SHould I be keeping count of all the ones she looses. She is only 15 weeks now, so i know this is in the future I just wanted to be prepared. Thank you. |

Hmmmm. I wonder if those are the really big teeth in the back. I was really looking forward to finding those. (We've found 8 so far!) And I have Banfield insurance, whose only surgeries seem to be neuters and spays. Guess I should be prepared with a good vet for possible teeth pulling *sigh*. |
Chip is 5 months and a few days- last night we noticed his bottom front were missing and this morning a couple of the tops-! |
