Yorkie's On TV THe past two nights I actually watched regular T.V (I usually just watch the Friends DVDs) and I saw 2 yorkies. One was on MTV's Next..and the girl said her dog was her "favorite fashion accessory" She was a really pretty yorkie, but something tells me that her owner did just view her as a fashion accessory, so I feel bad for her. The next one was one VH1's I Love New York, it was this guy who said he lost his "Yorkshire Teacup Princess" after she fell down the stairs and broke her neck :( Where have you guys seen yorkies on T.V? |
I don't know if anyone watches the CW sitcom "Reba", but the character Barbara Jean has a Yorkie that had an entire storyline for one episode. It was hysterical because the dog was missing, everyone had been with the furbaby & had motive for not wanting it around. The show was done in a Whodunnit sort of style & of course, the baby was just fine. My husband & I see lots of Yorkies in commercials too. C.J. |
Yeah I saw the guy on I love new york. He was a hot ass mess for sure!!! And I think he bats for the "other team" too. I'm not saying he didn't love his dog but he was a bit over dramatic. Why was he there anyway???? |

I always get so excited when I see a yorkie on tv and feel the need to tell everyone around me that it's a yorkie. LOL. As if they care. |
An old 'Reba'. Barbara Jean got a york and named her Reba. Didn't Eva Gabor (OR Zsa Zsa... Whichever) Have one on 'Green Acres'? Haven't seen that show in forever so I could be very wrong. |

Oh he HAD to be there for T.V...or I'm thinking to get his mind off Princess. Did you see when New York was like "I think he thinks I'm his dog re-incarnated" I think that's probably true! Oh and he's definitly batting for the other team. I really don't know why he's there. Didn't you notice all the guys had something wrong w/ there physical appearances? I did...like none of them were OMG HOT! |
Old dude with the long wild relaxed hair wearing a base ball cap! and what was up with her moms forhead????? |
Chance vs. Mr. Boston!!! Let's see who last longer. Mr. Boston seems determined...:D :D :D |

Mr. Boston looks like he got confused and meant to go to The Bachelor or something :yelrotflm |
Hmmmmmmm Kelly Rowland from destiny's child has an adorable yorkie. They showed her on an episode of cribs on MTV. ALso, Janice disckenson is getting her daughter a yorkie on her Modeling Agency show on E!. |
This show is about as bad a Jerry Springer! A train wreck that I can't stop watching out of sheer horror! And someone please tell New York's mama to PULL HER WIG DOWN OR GET A BANG! |
OMG is all i have to say Romance hot hot mess he is definetly batting for the other team. Mr. Boston vs Chance ohhh boy you need Rittalin then Chance was like what's Rittalin that was funny he is truly ghetto fabulous! I love Rico he is so cute he sounds Cuban too i like his style although with that comment me being hispanic it is true it sounds better in Spanish but he meant no harm which she later realized after the fact. what about T-Bone with his wandering eye that was so funny i almost peed in my pants although when they were on the couch that had to be computerized because it didnt look real when his eye went the separate way. I cant wait to watch next week it's one of those show that you love to hate but cant wait to watch the next week. |

I fell asleep and missed the ending! Last thing I remember the youngest daughter was a witch stirring a cauldron in her room... Anyone remember this an know who did it? |
Many episodes of House Hunters on HGTV show home owners with yorkies. There's a member here who as a real estate consultant has been on House Hunters with her Yorkie 4 times I believe. |

That is the first Yorkie I ever saw and fell in Love! :) |
I seen one on the The Big Bang Theory a couple of weeks ago. I think it was Rajh, that had it. |
I think one of the Atlanta housewives has a yorkie. I was watching it the other night out of desperate boredom and caught a brief glimpse. |
I don't know if I've ever noticed a yorkie on anything we watch besides animal planet. We do watch American pickers and I believe frank kept his moms 2 yorkies during one episode if I remember correctly. |
There is a show on DIY called Rehab Addict (or something like that). It's a woman that rehabs old homes and then sells them. She has a cute little Yorkie and I think his name is Pauly. The Yorkie is on every episode for a while and then you won't see him for about 4 or 5 episodes. |
Last year I watched a few episodes show on Discover or TLC (?) about a family in Alaska that ran a small charter airline and I was certain one of the mother's small dogs was a Yorkie. Both of her little dogs were so cute and they were everywhere - out on the tarmac, in the office, in the snow. Can't recall the shows name though. I remember that Yorkie in Green Acres. It was sweet and cute but you never got to see enough of it. But the breed is so popular, you do see them all over TV now. A Yorkie sighting on TV or in real life just makes my day. I feel as if I just saw an old friend or favorite relative whenever I see one - there is an INSTANT connection and I perk right up. |

I've seen Yorkies on Bravo's housewives shows. NeNe Leakes from Atlanta had a yorkie wearing a diaper, because she didn't know how to housebreak it. Adrienne Maloof from the Beverly Hills show has a Yorkie too. I'm racking my brain for others, but can't think of any now. |
