Kodak has his tail, he wags it everytime he sees me and it's wonderful. The breeder asked me did I want it docked, she called me the day before the vet visit. I told her no, just ship my puppy to me when he is ready,:D he was so tiny when born, I was just scared. I don't regret it.

I am from Singapore and i do own yorkies with dot and undocked tail. I am fine with both and felt they are as beautiful with or without docked tail. Singapore has not ban docking tail but cropping ears are not allow.

I love both the docked and the undocked!! My pups have docked tails, but not real short ones. I think they are about 2 1/2 inches long. They get long hair on them and I love watching them wag!!:p

My baby has a tail - she couldn't get it docked because she was too sick. It's so cute!!! We love it!!!

Thanks for those pics. I thought Venus's tail hadn't been docked, cause it looked longer than Adonis's. Now I know it has after seeing the pics.

Rocky's tail isn't docked and I love it! Sometimes it makes his shadow look like a cat, but that's O.K. I think docking tails is mean, so with my next yorkie I'm going to try and get one that isn't docked. That won't be my main factor, but definitly a plus if the tail isn't docked :)

It is illegal in uk for the breeder to dock the tails but vets can do it, i think thats why the amount with tails now in UK is rising because the breeders dont want to pay for the tail to be done by the vet. Pippa was done by the breeder and its not been done correctly and she has a short tail with an extra stumpy bit at the end.
