My veterinarian HATES working on really small dogs. She actually was THANKFUL that Tristan was 13 lbs. One day, when we brought Tristan in, there was another woman with her teacup Yorkie, asking if the vet knew of any studs. The vet kept trying to tell her that breeding her Yorkie would likely kill it (it was apparently somewhere around 2.5 lbs). The woman started walking off in a huff, then saw Tristan, and said "Oh! He's so cute! Would you like to see-" and my mom cut her off, saying "You never breed larger males with smaller females. Especially ones that are 7 times larger than the female. And he's neutered." *sighs* some people... |
Its ridiculous what they posted on the website:- Please note that all puppies cost between $2500 and $4000 Canadian Dollars. Also, for that price, only 1 year health guarantee is provided? Oh wow. My baby is now 7 pounds+ and I am thinking here he looks small although he is pretty heavy if I carry him to the mall for half an hour. Maybe one day, they will have like one pound dog or less than a pound. |
