Rebecca.. I just saw the photo that Vilette posted of your two babies and they are both equally beautiful....I am sorry but you must tell your friends that when they are over they have to give equal time to both!! Imagine if you had twins and your friends made a fuss over one and not the other you would cry and its only natural... Gina |
that is the EXACT reason why I don't want to get a second dog. Kayah is a very special little girl and everyone loves her A LOT (she gets more attention than I do).. but if/when I get another dog, I want one with colors a little different and a little smaller (possible making it cuter) and I am NOT the type of person to leave my dog at home (I'd take her with me to a party if they'd let me:p). Congrats to all of you who have this problem.. I'd probably knock the $h!t out of the people giving more attention to one dog more than the other:thumbup: |
well this is pretty much opposite what I have. kizzy is 10 lbs. maggie is under 5 and seems like people who come here like to play with kizzy, but kizzy is more rowdy and loves to play and maggie is more of a lap dog.. so some hold maggie and throw stuff for kizzy but for a while kizzy got all the attn because maggie was so small and she was kinda scared and would run and lay in her little bed all snuggled in, so most people let her lay there and i was feeling sorry for maggie. but lately she has come to try and get attn now so people who come here say they like them both but in different ways. so ive had it good with both and mine and i'm happy to say people seem to love them both for a while but after a while people leave them alone and they usually go mind their own business and leave them alone. thank God for that because their both so jealous of the other one and i remember how i use to feel sorry for maggie. they would pat her on the head and keep walking, but kizzy let them know she isnt here to be ignored i guess. lol |
Oh poor Hobbs. You did not tell me about this today...geez...I would have been right over to pick up that Hobbs and love on him - hee, hee - yeah right - I wish! I know what you mean though because it is the same with Murphy and Mia. She likes to sit in your lap and Murphy is ALL over the place but I have never had any friends say they liked Mia better. I think they would be scared to hear what I would have to say to them if they did - ha, ha!! Man the more and more we talk I swear Hobbs and Murphy were seperated at birth - ha, ha! You give that Hobbs a big kiss from me and a lick and a nibble from Murphy and Mia!! Ps.) I tell Murphy too that he is my first love and super special boy but I never let Miss Mia hear! :p :p |
these stories of your big boys and little girls touches right in the heart with me.. Hope is so tiny, 4 1/2 lbs, Tootie is a COW at 16 lbs... he is my special boy... He doesnt get much attention but then he DEMANDS it... LOL I love my Hopey to death but there is a strange special bond with my little boy... I have always hd a soft spot for little boys.... |
