| "Pele" has nothing on Jack Today at my store I was drinking a 20oz plastic bottle of pop, and I dropped it putting it into the trash. Well you would have thought that I had gone out and spent $100 on the best dog toy out there. For 30 straight minutes Jack played soccer with this bottle. He rolled it, pushed it, hit the end of it so it would jump, grabbed the mouth and tossed it and generally had a wonderful time. So if you are looking for a cheap thrill for your yorkie this is it. Mind you I watched him like a hawk so he wouldn't bite into it. It is now in the trash as he is exhausted and sleeping.

| Heh, nothing like 'free toys' to entertain our little guys. It's so funny to find something so simple to entertain them. |

| Lol I can relate. When we first adopted our cat Sammy from the Humane Society, I sent my husband to Petsmart to get him some toys... Well he ended up spending A LOT of money of things for the cat. Well, my cat occasionally plays with the toys with bought him, but he prefers pop bottles, water bottles, balled up pieces of papers, or anything else he can find on the floor. He cracks me up! So we now know not to spend so much money on toys for him, when he is obviously very capable of finding items on the floor to occupy hiself....

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Toilet Paper Rolls are the most popular so far in my house - are you saying I can throw my soda bottles on the floor now ? Whopppeeee - the girls will love this ! Boy these homemade toys entertain them for HOURS dont they ? Thanks - never would have thought about this - I'm always looking for a new distraction for mine - they've been counting on me to entertain them so much more with summer here and the water hose ...I mean - how many HOURS can a yorkie play in the water without getting tired of it ...I'll answer that - LOTS !! My next pop bottle is going on the FLOOR ! |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I'd have to say that Chanel my 3 year old is a crazed water yorkie - Cheri is 11 months and isn't as happy in it as her big sister - but to get your yorkie used to the water..try playing with the hose - let them chase it without actually squirting and little by little the feel of water doesn't bother them ... She has some water action shots in this link - but it's really not a normal yorkie pastime - She's just crazy !WATER PICS LINK A pontoon boat sounds dreamy ...what a nice life you must have to own one !! |

| The pictures are darling, I hope that Jack will get to that point and love water. The pontoon is so much fun, I like it because you can walk around, and the kids can move about and not get bored sitting still. I have visions of Jack in his life vest being the captain. The lake is usually nice and smooth, so he won't have to worry about getting "sea sick".
