it was cajun chicken pasta, and gargonzola salad and linda made such wonderful desserts, oreo cookie mixture of something yummie, a french chocolate cake and an oatmeal cake ...I can assure you there wasnt a lack of food, yorkies and great people in my house that night:) It was such a pleasure...cant wait to do it again soon...any of the northwest is welcome at anytime to join us, an open invitation. :D

Oh I am jealous . . wish there were yorkie mommies I know close by . . I would gladly host a party anytime just to meet up with a yorkie mom and play with other yorkies . . . if only I did not live in the boonies :D

ok get your pens ready

Linguine pasta

4 chicken breast cut into strips
cajun seasoning (lightly cover all the pieces
couple tlbs butter or so
saute the chicken till cooked through

green pepper - julienned
red pepper - julienned
bit of onion
couple minced garlic cloves
fresh ground black pepper

add to chicken and saute together

add
3 cups heavy whipping cream
about 1/2 tsp basil
tsp of lemon pepper
bit of salt and ground pepper

simmer until it lightly bubbles
turn down to low to thicken just a bit

pour onto a bed of pasta
top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese

takes about 20 minutes
serve with hot bagette

enjoy!

Okay I just printed that recipe. I love cajun Chicken pasta. It looks like everyone had a great time and Kimberly your house is gorgeous

I'm back to my old self, this was the first time I have ever experienced jet-lag. Everyone has already posted what a great time we had. The food was great, the company was great, everything was fantastic.
