do you know? My little Mimi has been in her forever home for two weeks. She is 3 1/2 years old. I am sure she is in an adjustment period and doesn't show signs of playfulness. When do you think she will come out of her shell? Anyone have similar experience? Would like to hear your stories.:) |

Kodak likes to play hide and seek under the covers while you use the ball under cover to make him squirm around. It's hilarious to watch him look for it under the covers. |
Baxter does the cutest thing when Snickers takes a toy from him. He makes noises like a growl/whine and it almost sounds like he's trying to talk. Then he points his little butt towards Snickers and backs into him. It's so cute!:aimeeyork |
Hope LOVES to try to make Tinker(my chi mix) like her... it is her main MISSION in life... she dances around her, licks her, and crawls beneath her, trying to spread the love.... Tootie is a THIEF! He steals everything and hides it IN MY BED.. I will go in my room and find brushes, socks, toys, bowls... you name it, if he can pick it up, its HIS... LOL |
Siu Pao has a funny habit. When daddy sits on the floor and lean on the couch, Siu Pao jumps up on the couch and then proceed to put his paw on daddy's head and starts digging. He is not merely just putting his paw there. He is seriously digging LOL. I always say to my hubby, "You have too many nuts in there.Maybe that is why he digs your head!" hehehe I get a good laugh out of it! |

Every morning Cali walks over my head, kisses me and then goes under the covers and I have to put my hand under the covers and she just rests her head in my hand until Maya gets us up. |
PK is neither cute or funny: when I'm trying to watch a movie PK picks out his loudest squeak toy (the walrus) and jumps on the couch and squeaks it nonstop against my leg. NONSTOP. If I manage to ignore him he'll jump onto my lap and push the toy against my face and squeak it. This usually results in him being crated for the rest of the movie. |
Every night at bedtime, as soon as we get into bed, Gracie does this happy dance/roll kind of thing. She rolls, and squeaks, and snuggles until she is tight in my left arm pit. Some nights there is a lot of thrashing about to find that just perfect position! Once she is there, that's it for the night, she does not budge. |
Monster has some funny moves. Whenever he is trying to get daddy to play with him, he'll plant his front paws on the floor and GLUE them there, and growl (just a little, it sounds like a wind up mechanical toy) but his butt and back paws will be writhing back and forth and he'll be looking at daddy like "Yeah, yeah...you think YOU'RE tough?" Also, what is really cute, fiance always has to go to work first, so when he gives me kisses goodbye in the morning Monster will always get up and start licking our cheeks. He wants to say bye-bye to daddy too! |
we have only had maggie for 5 days and we are learning so much about her. The cutest thing I have seen so far is when she needs to go to the bathroom she will "shadow box" herself. she will turn around in circles a thousand times and get on her back feet and box the air. then when she is done and I am praising her, she will do a little victory dance...running around in circles and jumping around. I love it. another thing she does is grab something 12 times her size and drag it around the house tripping over it constantly. I just laugh so hard. :p |
Funny Yorkie Habits Lucy and Daisy are very reliable alarm clocks, with their morning routine. Lucy sits by my head and starts trying to lick my nose, and Daisy climbs on my stomach and lays down. They only do this in the morning, no other time! |
My Daisy is also an alarm clock, when she thinks its time for me to wake up, she barks at me and gets me up. But the cutest thing she does is when its bedtime, we get settled in and she goes and makes her last check around the room you know, to make sure everything is ok. Then she comes and gives me a lick on my nose or cheek as if giving me a kiss goodnight, she does this just about everynight....my husband thinks its the cutest thing and he cant belive she does that....lol he's like .."If I didnt see it, I wouldn't believe it...":p |
When I'm on the computer she comes and slaps her paw on my foot and tilts her head and whines for her spot(my lap) It melts my heart. She also is only 13 weeks old and can fetch a ball like no other lol |
