My Ruby is afraid of bigger dogs we have 4 boxers also , she won't have anything to do with them just looks and runs into my arms!! Like Oh'''''' Mommy!!! HELP!!!! lol....... They like her, maybe just the pup, she is only 6 months old.. :p

OMG I love Irish Wolfhounds. They're so graceful.

There were puppies on Petfinder.com not too long ago that had an Irish Wolfhound mom and a Yorkie dad. They were little like yorkies w/ wolfhound coloring.

I <3 big dogs :)

Honestly, wouldn't mind a wolfhound too but they don't live long about 7-8 years.

My cousin and her husband have a mastiff that is just over 200 lbs. I'm so used to his size now that he just seems like any old dog. He is tall enough to comfortably rest his chin on the dining room table, so family meals have become quite interesting! He is such a good boy, and such a lover, though! Thank goodness- can you imagine a dog that size being aggessive! :eek:

I haven't gotten my puppy yet, but I'm dying to see him next to Abe (the mastiff)! Talk about extreme opposites!

Actually, the Irish Wolfhound is a real breed of dog and they can get that big. The breed is recognized by the AKC. I have heard that they are absolutely wonderful, gentle dogs. All I have to say is "Don't judge a book by it's cover!"
