I think the Pet Silk worked better on Cali than the CC products. She seems a lot silkier. She is on meds for scratching so she is kind of tired and not in to having pics today but here's a few where you can see how shiny her black hair turned out.

Calli is so pretty. Patti, her hair really looked so shiny. I've never tried PetSilk yet and I am always open to trying new stuffs that would work for my babies especially my girl Cleo who has a soft cottony hair. Thanks for sharing the good result it had on Calli. how old is Calli now? I envy her long hair. My babies' hair growth are so slow especially my male who has a silkier hair. Sometimes I wonder if he is a red-legged yorkie that they had a thread here before. :( I love seeing babies with full coat like Calli. She is very pretty.:luvu: I love her coloring too.

Cali is soooo super cute and her hair is so long now . . . .

I was not impressed with my CC products either and I really saw the difference when I switched to petsilk . . .Tiger got rid of his flakes on his first bath :thumbup: Just love it!

I love Petsilk...I recommend it to everyone I know who has doggies. My favorite smell is the finish clean scent cologne. Smells sooooo yummy and fresh! :D

Thanks! Cali is 16 months old now. She has a cottony coat but with the right products gets pretty silky. She is scratching so much lately she is starting to break off her hair. Petsilk definately worked better than CC for Cali.

I bought petsilk shampoo and conditioner for my yorkie. I love how it left his hair and the smell is wonderful. I also bought the petsilk shampoo and conditioner for black hair for my black toy poodle. Her coat looks amazing compared to the other shampoo I had been using. I am sold on this stuff. They also followed with cowboy magic and missing link. I love this site because you learn sooo much :thumbup:

I also have been using Missing Link in her food for 5-6 months and that has helped a lot with coat condition. I use the cowboy magic in between baths for getting mats out. Today after using the Petsilk shampoo and conditioner I didn't need anything else for detangling or shine!!

Wow! I keep hearing about PetSilk. I really need to get it. Now I have to decide if I should finish my CC products first or just put those aside...

I've used PetSilk now for 2 years or a little more and I wouldn't use anything else. Hope they never go out of business. The way it makes the coat look and feel is great and the smell...wonderful!!!

Awww.. she looks just adorable and so shiney too. I've never used the Pet Silk. I'll have to give it a try. The window pic looks so relaxing.

I've noticed that window view too. I wanted to ask, is the dog on the floor or a table or what? Makes me want to live on a farm@:)

Thanks, no the window pics are in my bedroom. I have 2 l0w windows that look out into the back yard. My yard is huge and we never use it as there's no fence. My husband put a storage container by the window and then her stairs he made and she just loved it. She lays there all the time and watches the bunnies, squirrels and birds out in the yard.

I currently use CC products and not tried anything else to compare. I am going to try Petsilk and compare the two. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, I have been using Petsilk moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and their Rainforest leave-in conditioner for a while and it did wonders on my Yorkie's and Maltese hair texture. I tried CC products before and Vellus but I like Petsilk better - smells good too.:)

My daughter & I (and Mojo) have always thought that Cali was just GORGEOUS!!! She is so adorable...and that hair and color! WOW!!

I just ordered some PetSilk & Cowboy Magic for Mojo! Yay! I need to get Missing Link too....I need to do a search for it.

I have been using CC for over a year now... really like it. Have never heard of petsilk.... but can't imagine it doing a better job.... that would be awesome! What conditioner do you recommend? I like to use an after bath rinse-out type conditioner.
( I have used Biolage detangling solution on areas of my furkids that are not near the face...... which also works like a charm!.... It is a good product and won't dry hair out. Also not a harsh product.... makes them silky smooth!) :animal-pa

I started another thread in the Yorkie Products forum about favorite scents of Pet Silk products. If you've used Pet Silk, can you answer me there what scent you found the yummiest? ;)

From everything I've read here, this sounds like another great product I'm going to have to try!
