She does look a lot like my Dylan 2 Attachment(s) who is a red legged yorkie. My Dylan is the sweetest, funny little guy and I just love the way his face looks now at 9 mths. I think he gets cuter every day even though he will never have a nice long coat. I don't think $800 is asking to much for her. I paid even more for Dylan. Dylan at 5 mths and at 8 mths. |
2 Attachment(s) She looks alot like my little Daisy too, her hair is still dry and brittle and she is over a year old. But I think she is precious, I would never call her ugly. |

Well first of all, I think shes cute! :) And secondly, I haven't read through everyone elses replies, so I don't know if someone has already posted this or not...but since she is still only 5 months old and her coat is a little thin, I would let it grow out a bit more, and then take her in for a good cut. That will get all the "puppy hair/coat" off and will allow for a new, healthier coat to come in. My friends Yorkie had really, really THIN hair from being sick with Parvo when she was a baby..and the poor thing was looking pretty sad there for a while :( Anyway, I kept telling my friend to take her in and have her groomed so get all that broken puppy hair off - she did and it made ALL the difference in the world! Her hair is so much softer now, and doesn't look so "scruffy" Good luck! :) |

I agree  Sorry, but i DON'T think she's ugly in ANY way at all... she is as cute as a button!! Every yorkie looks different, that's what i personally love about this breed! |
Are show dogs not pets? I cant understand how you can sell a dog just because its not good enough to show? I know I could never sell my babies eeeek...I think she is beautiful!! Dawn |

I think she is just soooo cute. Not UGLY! |
Well my mom wanted me to be a wonderful ballerina even before i was born, when i was 5, she took me to dance class and i hated it. im not the ballerina she always wanted, but i did become good at alot of other things including ice skating, piano and i love journalism. well the moral of this story is, she might not be the perfect show dog, but who knows? maybe shes wonderful at something else, even if its just being a fun loving pet or a great learner, or a therapy dog or w/e . She is absolutly beautiful by the way, and i dont see how u can even say that shes ugly. but if a show dog is really all you want, im sure alot of people here would love her to bits, just as she is. |
puppy her coat looks coarse in texture..if so, it will break and not grow into a show coat as you want. If the breeder sold her as a shwo potential, why not discuss this problem with them and see what they say..what do the parents coats look like??? |
well i think she is a absolute cutie! i cant see why in the world you would want to rehome her. IMO if she isnt what you wanted then you should have researched a little better, and gotten her from a breeder whos dogs have a pedigree and are or have been in the show ring. she looks alot like my max, but he is only 16 weeks old, so his hair hasnt come in fully. i see your in tennessee, mind me asking who you got her from? you can pm me if you want, your only about 40 min from me :) |
SORRY EVERYONE  for all the posts i wasn't getting the response i was expecting, i guess my little patience is what got me in this in the first place, lol i have decided to keep Pixie, 24hrs and she has stolen my heart, i apologize again to everyone. |
I'm glad things are working out for you, btw - she is very cute! |
