| ![]() I love love love kisses from Chloe but lately she has been having some really stinky breath. She used to have sweet puppy breath. A few weeks ago I switched her to Nutro Ultra and started her on missing link, could this be the reason for the stinky breath? Ive bought the doggy breath strips and the girls HATE them. I try to trick them into taking one but they wont let those things anywhere near their mouth and Chloe hates them the most. So, Any other ideas? I love Chloe too much to ever stop kissing her and letting her kiss me so I would really prefer some sweeter breath ![]() ![]()

| ![]() Try putting apple cider vinegar in her water bowl. I did that with Cali cause I heard it was supossed to be really good for their health (skin, coat, etc) and now her breath is sooo much better than it was before it! I put maybe 1/4-1/2 tsp in a full bowl ![]()

| ![]() Hmmmm...I've noticed lately Maddie's breath isn't as sweet as usual also and I also started using Missing Link. Do you suppose that could be it?

| ![]() The first thing you should do is have their teeth checked by a vet as this is the number one cause of bad breath in dogs. If they are puppies, they may have some retained baby teeth that need to come out!

| ![]() If you go to drugstore.com, you can find Burt's Bee Dog Mint. It's great natural stuff and it works. Both Winston and Maggie love their mint. I give them a couple of drops each after every meal.
