Dogs needing to be rescued!

If the woman who has the dogs in her possession doesn't respond to my calls & emails, I will refund everyone's money in full.

I feel so sorry for these dogs. All that person could see in these dogs is a means to make a money and not a living creature to love. :mad: I'm so glad you guys are working to get them out of her hands.

What of the yorkie? Have you heard anything about her?

I'm so proud of these girls for doing this.

I just want to say how moved and touched I am by everyone's joined effort in saving the lives of these precious dogs.

At this point, I am not able to help out financially :( (although I would in a heartbeat if I could). But all of you have been so wonderful and I am so honored to be a member of such a warm and caring community :lovewings :heart to :lovewings

I've been at school taking finals, etc all day and just got home. I have no e-mail from her as of yet. I got the price down considerably (over 1700 off the original price) Ok, sorry if this sounds rude, but please please please no one e-mail her. I think it will be counter productive since she will think that people are willing to pay $3200 or more for these dogs.

I just sent her another message asking for an update on whether or not I can come get the dogs this weekend. It looks like we have more than enough homes for them and I have decided that I don't think I will be taking one if it isn't necessary.

In order to keep one of the dogs I'd prefer if you have been a member on YT for at least a little while (so we don't get any trolls in here) Also, you must be willing to drive to my home in Chicago by Monday evening to get her
I believe that Coco is already spoken for by Kelly who will be helping me this weekend assuming we get this woman to sell us the dogs.

I would like to offer her more money so we can be sure we get them and someone else doesn't so please email me if haven't helped already, but are able to donate a little.

Also I want to say that you must have amazing bargaining skills. I couldn't get her to budge at all! I did tell her yesterday afternoon that I wasn't interested if she couldn't come down on the price. So she told me the price was firm and that was it. Well done on your part! I hope she isn't backing out now....

I\'m trying to make myself feel better...Don\'t you think that others saw that listing and felt the same way that we did? I hope so. I really hope it was a rescue organization or something that swooped in and saved them...

I honestly feel like I\'ve failed these dogs. Stewie knows I\'m sad. He keeps looking at me like "what\'s wrong mom??!!" I hope they got a good home and just pretended to be a breeder when they got them. KP suggested that I ask who the buyer was and contact them.

Oh kristy, please don\'t feel that way. You can not have done anything differently. Not many people are willing to do what you did. They look at the pictures and think..oh,so sad. But you were being proactive and doing everything you possibly could. Maybe this will spawn into something of an interest for all of us and good things will come of it. Maybe we didn\'t help these dogs, but there are many more out there that need help. Let\'s try to get a rescue section for this board so that we can bring attention to dogs that we find in similar situations.

Oh Kristi! I feel soooo bad that I emailed her. I didn\'t know not to when I did. Earlier today she emailed me back and told me they were available still. I hope I\'m not the one who messed this up!
