thanks gina....made me feel better....i keep seeing how small all these yorkies are and Lady's only 8 months...shes gonna be huge when shes done growing..lol

Sophia (Shih-Tzu) will be 7 months old on Monday...She is 13.6lbs :)

I am not going to be around tomorrow, but just wanted to wish Reese a Happy 10 weeks! Every milestone is a reason to celebrate with our furballs.........

My mom said the same thing!! How funny!

Yeah Sammi was a big girl too..She was at 15lbs before she passed away...

I am sure Sophia will grow some more too!

At 10 weeks Pepper weighed in 1.65 lbs, the last appointment 2 weeks ago showed 2.05. He's going for his last shot Saturday and I'm really curious, they have a digital scale and it looks pretty accurate. He really looks bigger and bigger every day, little piggy :D . At least now I'm not afraid to get on the floor and play rough now ;)
As for the in home weighing, I remember someone saying you should weigh yourself on a bathroom scale and then again, holding the dog. They wouldn't wiggle and you get a precise amount (I think, I'll try after he gets weighed at the vet's)

The brand of Digital Scale I got from Wal-Mart is Good Cook. It is awesome! Also, I just found it on eBay for WAY cheaper than what I paid at Wal-Mart! Here is the link to the exact one I have in case anyone needs one:

It's the only one on eBay and they have it listed for a really good price! So if anyone needs a good scale I HIGHLY recommend it! :D

I just got back from the vet with Venus, and she weighs exactly 2 lbs. She'll be 12 weeks old Sunday.

My Lexie baby is 5 months and weighs 7.2 lbs, she is gonna be a big girl. Her mom, dad and brother were over the other day and she is twice as big as her mom and brother and about the same size as her dad. Her mom (Ella) kept her in line though. It was so funny watching them. My son had her over at her mom's house and said Lexie and Beckham (her brother) were sleeping and Ella was cleaning their ears. :p

I got a food scale with a bowl on it at Walmart for like $8.00 and it will hold up to 10 lbs. I think peeka was about that at 10 weeks to he is 17 weeks right now and just hit 3 lbs and that was on a full belly i hate when the vet weighs him they are alway wrong i would get your own scale good luck!
