|  Apartment Hunting With a YORKIE? Totally hopeless. No one wants Stewie in their buildings! And supposedly Chicago is one of the pet-friendliest places? What the hell?

| I know what you're going through girl! My cousin has a cat and she had a super hard time finding a place that allowed pets! I hope you find a great apartment very soon!! Just let them look at Stewie ... how could anyone resist that face?

| Sorry you're having such a hard time. Most places here in Dallas accept pets. Some places have weight/breed restrictions, but it's easy with a Yorkie.

| Its so hard to find a place to rent. No pets, no smokers, no children....  But I guess the irresponsible ruin it for the rest. All the best in finding a great home for you and Stewie. |

| I feel your pain... A lot of apartments in our area don't allow pets, and buying a house just isn't an option right now... Have you tried searching on forrent.com and apartments.com? I don't know what I'm going to do if/when my parents ever kick me out of the duplex (no, I don't live at home, I rent from them!). With two cats and two dogs, there's not a whole lot of places I could go.... Good luck! |

| It took me months and months to find my place (I am VERY picky and I needed a place that would allow two dogs) and I found it on craigslist.org. Which should make it easier if you live in a city. There are a lot that you will have to weed through but maybe you can find something on there.

| Best of luck in your search. I am living in my little ghetto house because it's the only place I could find that would let me have my pets. You have to find an animal lover with a place to rent that knows how important our babies are to us. If you have the time to search, you will find something.
