Grooming The Yorkshire Terrier - #1 Top Knot 4 Attachment(s) I wonder If this is as hard as it looks  |
i would have to say yes. isn't their hair sooo pretty |
I wish Ginger's hair would grow like that on her head.. silky! |
Aww...love the last pic! :p |
those are gorgeous |
They are beautiful!!! There is no way I could keep my dogs looking like that. |
My Sweet Candy that passed away looked like that, and yes it was hard to keep her looking like that. I hope Lexi's hair is that silky... |
We are trying desperately to let Carter's hair grow -- especially his top knot. To those who have never taken their babies to a groomer . . . .make SURE that you tell them DO NOT cut any hair over their eyes or on the bridge of their nose. Learn from my mistake!! Lisa |

I thought we were not supposed to keep any loose hair around their eyes, so they don't get eye infections. I am new to this, so I am just asking. Sadie's topknow is on the thin side as she is silky, plus she has short hair right in front of her topknot which makes it then. I think the owner before me cut it herself. I cannot wait for it to grow. Kate Quote:

yea, i thought we were supposed to cut them. I had to because Oreo got an eye infection because his hairs were poking him so bad. |
I'm leaving Tia's nose and face hair long - I haven't decided as to the rest of the body. It is just all a matter of personal preference - just know if you cut the nose hair, it will take a WHILE to grow out. |
I wish my Gucci's hair was like that. Awesome pics. I had to cut her hair so short cause she had ringworm. Now her hair is growing back, i wish it was silky. Her hair is still short for the topknot, So some of her hair always sticks out. :aimeeyork |
Poor baby. I have never heard of a dog getting ringworm. My cat had it once. How long does it take to grow their hair out? Kate Quote:
