Its already been mentioned but I'll suggest it again. If you paid by credit card, contact them and see if they can offer assistance. I'm so sorry you lost your pup. |
wow, how sad, so sorry to hear about this and the loss of your new puppy! I agree I would get your vet to write something up saying that you brought your pup in after having him for 1 day and he was sick! Take his behind to small claims court, this is so wrong and he cant keep getting away with this! Someone needs to stop him!!!!!! so sorry hun this had to happen to you! |
Im really sorry you have to go through this!!! I dont have much advice but my thought and prayers are with you |

I agree....get affadavits...in writing...explaining the poor health of the pup, and the projected "onset" of the pneumonia, from your Vet. Then get a Lawyer....and file....don't threaten...DO IT! It will cost him less to settle then to spend his money on Lawyers and Court fees. File a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Contact the ASPCA in that Texas location and report a Puppy Mill....they have to inspect....one nightmare deserves another.... That Site is revolting...they look sick , scared and just about as far from the Yorkie standard as you can get.... Francie P.S. There are some very nice Breeders here on YT that would happy to find you a loving, healthy pet.. Francie |
Don't let him get away with this! You and your puppy are the victims in all of this! That poor puppy should never have been shipped that small. Then for him to BLAME it on you is just DISCUSTING. Any real breeder would know about the risks of hypoglycemia and to use neutrical. He is selling sick puppies and after he has your money he really doesn't care. He will just rip off the next person who is willing to pay the vet bills and take the loss for the puppy they fell in love with. I know in California there is a puppy lemon law. Make lots of phone calls, this man needs to be stopped. How many other dogs are suffering right now so for his profit? I'm so sorry this happened to you, but I believe it happens to many others that just don't speak up or end up taking the loss. |
I am so sorry about your little baby. I dont know what I would do if something happened to my new little guy. I sure hope you find another one soon. |
I know this is a wild idea, but what about getting the media involved, especially if you can link up with some others who have been victimized by this jerk. I know that Date Line and 20/20 does stories like these. I'd love to see this guy get closed down. And if that can't happen, maybe getting some national attention may stop people from buying from him!!!! |

I bought a yorkie from him. Thanks god she is healthy but I got a letter from the AKC saying that her dad" James Little boy Rufus" or something like that was not sired from an AKC. They did DNA on him and now my dog is not AKC. Im sure if I had intended to breed her I would be furious.. but I love her no matter what. We just call her the red headed step child now.. Im not sure what to do, and if there are others out there with the same problem. So be careful. Im sorry about the sick puppy, that is really sad.. |
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss!! I would try to get restitution!! You both were victims! |
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, and the other lady I'm sorry you got fooled my this guy he sounds like a real DIRT BAG. |
Did you read this on his site????? "WE ARE THE EXPERTS IN SHIPPING PUPS" <---- Ummm... obviously NOT!!! |
Jeff & Steve Just wanted to let you all know that I live approx 50 miles from this terrible seller of Yorkies. I've recently learned (first hand) that he buys alot of his pups from other breeders in Oklahoma. There are 9 of them all together (Okla. breeders). Then turns around and resells them. He may only offer $300 a pup to these breeders, then resells at thousands of dollars. I agree, he needs to be stopped. He also scans the newspapers of the Dallas area looking for cheap Yorkie pus to buy. Turns around and resells them. If he is actually breeding Yorkie's himself, I think its on a limited basis. No where on his web site does he state the puppies are bought from somewhere else and then resold by him. Just thought you all would want to know. Linkay - A Yorkie Mom |
