I do agree that a Yorkie is a luxury, not a necessity, and if we don't want to pay the prices, we don't have to. The costs we pay in maintaining them far outweigh the initial purchase price
.:ghug: | I want to say I don't look at our Baby Blessing as a luxury nor did I look at Cassie as being a luxury, I guess I look at a luxury as being something that is materialistic, having a yorkie or what ever breed one chooses to adopt to their forever home in this life time is sometimes a neccessity, where does one find so much unconditional love than from a pet, in time of sadness or illness they are such a comfort, it is amazing how the talk here is on how much is too much. I recall Cassie jumping up into my arms and staring me in the eyes in my rocker one evening just the week before she passed away, I remember telling her how much I loved her and that if someone offered me a million dollars for her, I would refuse it. There are those that might say, Lady are you crazy and yes I would say crazy in love with Cassie. However, little did I know the very next week I would be freely giving her back to the Lord for our keeping, she is forever in our hearts. We are so thankful we got Baby Blessing and I didn't even think twice at the amount of money we had to pay for her, and still don't, we love her and she is worth every bit of what we had to pay for her. Why bicker about price, sometimes when that happens after paying whatever then thats all you see is dollar signs and miss out on the joys of what you spent it on. This is all my own opinon. Patti |
