What do you think about these ads... I am looking into getting another dog for my Zoe to play with and I found these 2 ads and I suspect they are from the same person but what do you think? I emailed them both I need opinions on whether it sounds trustable. Here they are... I have a Yorkie that i'm looking for a home for. Please be a good person and have idea or know something about Yorkie I really don't want to give my Yorkie to someone who don't know about them. To help me search for the right person I do have a application for adoption and fee the fee is for a background check just to make your you are ok I dont want my puppy dog going with someone who is not going to take care of it here is a pix please email And 7 MONTHS MALE YORKIE. ABOUT 5LB. VERY PLAYFULL, NO BARK. GOOD FOR AN APARTMENT HOUSE. ASKING 60 for my traveling cost to the City. I do have a application that i e-mail just see what type of person i'm giving my puppy too yes I do have pix |
I don't know. Doesn't sound like the same persons ads. I'm always skeptical anyways, though, so many scams out there. Get some more info, look into it further first. Good luck. |
Sounds like a person who does want his yorkie to go to a good home. I love the background check. But how do you know that that isn't a scam. I don't know. you have to go with your gut feeling. I would maybe try to set up a meeting place so you can meet with the pup and see his personality and temperment and make sure he actually has a dog for sale before feeling out a background check, If you like the dog and the guy seems up and up then apply. Just a suggestion. Linda |

I don't know for certain that they are the same person, but both ads spell pix the same and write (or speak) similarly. The first word that does come to mind is "scam". |
I would email them and ask what their background consists of..I mean what info they are wanting because if their wanting ss# and all the stuff I would tell them to stuff it! JMHO |
Whats up with the ad that says yorkie, no bark!! Is this possible, or did it come from a puppy mill to make sure it doesnt bark??? |
i emailed them earlier havent heard from them |

I also emailed earlier today and just got a response. She said that she wants me to send the $60 to some address and then she will meet me tuesday in NY city where she works with the pup. She did not even attatch any pics. I emailed her back and said that I would drive to NJ to meet her and she wouldn't have to take the pup to work and that I would still pay her as soon as a saw the pup. Still waiting for a response. SCAM or not? Let me know what you all think! meeshue |
OH sorry the ad was on craiglist under NY City |
