you guys mean that I am the only one so far that got that email? Maybe it is not a scam. I just found out that the name and address that she gave me is of a realestate agency in NY. I emailed her back for pics but she sent the same email as the first one. What do you think?

I saw the ad at 8 am this morning. then after I was done with searching on cl I came on here and saw your post. I don't know what to do because everytime I email her she keeps sending the same reply. I don't mind the price, we all know that is cheap, but I wanted to use paypal as she said she would accept and when I email her back I keep getting the same reply. I would really love to have her pup (if there is one) But I just can't seem to get a pic of the pup or a reasonable response. What to do?

Anyone who does business like that I would steer clear of. She should of sent pictures and responds to your e-mail correctly not with the same one. It's like she has it automatically set up for who ever e-mails her about the puppy to send them the same e-mail. Thats lazy and to me not a good breeder mommy. I know I would be asking a ton of questions if I was selling one of my babies.

I feel the same way! She doesn't have puppies, it is one 7 month old that she cannot care for anymore. She said she received so many emails that she just did not want to deal with them. Originally she was suppose to send an adoption form for me to fill out. But now all she asks for is to send the money. I know $60 is not a lot of money, but is there even a pup if she sends no pics? meeshue

I have been looking for another dog for a while now and I saw these ads and got really excited so I posted this thread but she hasn't even responded to me.

You guys are just wasting your time even thinking about those ads. It's a total scam. If anyone was looking to find a new home for their baby wouldnt ya think they would share more info about the puppy and send pics and such. Plus, the way they typed in the ad doesnt seem right to me. If you have to sit there and wonder if it's a scam, then obviously it is and you shouldnt go through with it.

I'd like to see what kind olf questions they ask on their application.

My guess is, there is no dog, and they are just wanting to get your name, address, DOB and SS#.

All of which would be required to do a background check.

With that information they can steal your identy.

Both of those ads make the same gramatical error, saying "a application:" rather than an application. They sound foreign.

The adds seem to me written by the same person. It seems like it may be a scam and I would probably steer clear. Hopefully you will find a baby from a fellow YT person.
