I believe you candybaby:)lol...... She is really really cute. Snickers was only 2 lbs when I got him, but now at 5 lbs its hard to remember!! |

All the pics of the tinies are adorable. As I said on another thread, I have never seen a yorkie that was not beautiful, regardless of size. I have two D-cups, but once we move into our new house, we plan on adding a third to our family. I'd love to have a smaller one, but whatever size the baby grows to be, we will love him/her to bits!:) |
Gooshu 2 Attachment(s) Took a couple pics of Gooshu with my hand on him. It was the only thing I could think of to show size. He is 2 lbs 4 oz. He wasn't thrilled about the flash on the camera as you can tell. I had poodle cut his face because I knew it would be a mess after surgery and he would not be able to have a bath for a few weeks. My Candi is almost 7 months and for the last 6 weeks she has been jumping back and forth between 2lbs on the nose, and 2lbs 3ozs. She WAS NOT suppose to be this little, but I love this baby to death... |
Reggie is 4 years old and weighs 3 lbs 10 oz Kenzie is 3 years old and weighs 2 lbs 3 oz, Theya re brother and sister, their mom was 6.5 lbs and dad was 5 lbs. They are the two smallest puppies my breeder had, she thought Reggie was tiny and then came Kenzie. Reggie is a severe asthmatic, that never developed till he was 2 years old and Kenzie who was in great health had a severe seizure in December. Her perosnlity changed, she forgot about housetraining and slept constantly...she is back to normal now,much calmer but less cuddly. She has had no seizures since but I still watch her like a hawk |

I think everyones babies on here are just beautiful..smaller or larger.. My breeder breeds and shows, i think her dogs have to be a certain weight/height to show & breed from ( i know nothing about showing) looking at pictures of her show dogs i would say they are all between 5-7lbs and are all very beautiful! The puppy i'm getting from her next month is being sold because she will be too small to show or breed from and my breeder has told me not to expect her to be much more than 3-4lbs..she may get bigger than that..who knows? If she gets to 4lbs..that will be fantastic..not too small and not too big..a perfect size in my opinion. I think myself very lucky to have found a breeder who is responsible enough to realise that this pup would not be big enough to show/breed and just wants to find a good pet only home for her..some breeders may have bred from her to produce the tiny ones and make themselves a profit! Without upsetting anyone..i do think some people are a little too obsessive about size/weight and almost turn it into a competition to see who has the smallest.;) |

3 Attachment(s) Lily is about 2 lbs but she fluctuates about .5 lbs either way. She has a very sturdy build which I am thankful for. My vet says that height and length are much better to look at than weight in yorkies so I keep track of her measurements. He just measured her and her height is at 4.5 in and length is 5 in. I thought she was 5 in tall as well but I must have measured wrong. Since she has not grown at all in several months, they have officially labeled her as dwarfed :( I love her to pieces but was hoping she would be able to grow at least another inch or so. What I wouldn\'t give for her to be a teapot. |
