I want to buy a really cute and chic carrier for Cali. I can already tell from her small size that when I take the dogs for walks, she will want to be carried. So I want to get a really nice carrier.

I was looking into maybe a juicy carrier. Does anyone have any suggestions??

I have 6 different carriers for my girls...some designer and some not. You know what.. I still think my babypink faux croc barrel style from Petsmart is THE CUTEST.
I ALWAYS get people stopping asking me where I got it and for how much?They all ADORE it . It is rally much cuter in person then online

I LOOOOOOVE Juicy Carriers! I had those two for sale, but I sold them already! I would suggest getting one, I just upgraded to a larger one that holds more weight, the other one was getting a tad small for Cinderelly, even though she is only 3lbs!!! I got it for cheap on E-bay only $170! And they Guaranteed the Authenticity or money back. Good price considering I paid $300 for my SMALL one at Neiman :mad:

I was thinking of buying one from E-Bay but I'm afraid of getting a fake! I want to get a nice light pink Juicy or maybe a nice gold tone Juicy. Cali will look so adorable in it! :p

Dont get a Juicy off of ebay it will be a fake. I like the pink Juicys.

I have that same carrier for Lillie (babypink faux croc barrel style from Petsmart) and I love it as well, I wish the straps were a little longer, but I take her all over in that thing. the thing is you have to get your pup use to being in a carrier so put them in one right away. Lillie dont make to much noise when she is in it.

As long as they Guarantee the Authenticity of it, and you pay with paypal, it wont be fake, as Ebay has MUCH stricter laws about fakes now. If it does happen to be fake, with paypal, you can get your money back in 2 SECONDS!! I have bought Juicy Carriers onl ebay, and they were 100% Authentic. I will look for some for you, to see if you like them!!

Oh those are both cute. The only ones I have ever seen on there have been fakes. Its good to see some honest sellers

Your soooo right, they used to have a TON of fakes on E-Bay, but E-Bay was sued recently for MILLIONS, and the second a fake goes on there, it is taken off! It actually sucks sometimes because they are extra careful now. I listed a new Juicy Tee on there that I never wore (I bought when I was bigger) It had the tags on it still and everything from NORDSTROM, and they cancelled my auction because they thought it was fake!!! LOL

I do alot of shoping on ebay and that is good to hear. Its been awhile since I looked at those bags. I might keep my eyes open for one now

That's great to hear! I usually only walk Codie and Tia. I have an airline approved carrier for Codie and I want to buy Tia a new one (a Celtie). But since Cali will be sooooo freakin small, I will walk her for a little while and then carry her for the rest of the walk ... it will be hard for her to keep up with Codie and Tia. So this way she won't get worn out when we go for walks.

Check out Nordstroms!!! I purchased Baby the lime green and pink Juicy bag on clearance for 200. It is a bowler type bag. She is 3.5 lbs and fits in it really well. She really likes it. Her first bag was a leopard print carrier from Petsmart. I liked that one alot it just didn't have as much cushion as the Juicy. I just ordered my 3rd bag so we 'll see how that one turns out. They also had bigger Juicy bags on clearance as well.

Please dont take this the wrong way, I'm not trying to be rude (I know it's hard to interprett things on the internet) but isn't carrying the dog on his/her walk defeating the purpose???
And Juicy has really cute carriers!!!! I would go w/ Juicy. I'll be getting one as soon as I got some extra cash lol

They have that one at our petsmart, but I think it was bright pink, not baby pink. It is cute! I was considering it but I chose another one instead.

I think that Cali will be really young when she comes home, so she may not even be able to walk on the ground with Tia and Codie. The main thing is, chihuahuas have TEENY tiny legs, they are not like Terriers at all in their level of activity (although Chihuahuas are active!) They can't go on walks as long as Yorkies can. I can't even walk with my chi for 15-20 minutes without their teeny little legs giving out! I end up having to put them in the carrier/ stroller!

No, buying a carrier is not defeating the purpose. I will take all 3 dogs for a walk. Codie and Tia can walk for 2 hours (no joke) without getting tired in the least. Cali will not be able to walk that long. So I will walk her until she gets tired (let's just say for 20 minutes as an example). Then I will put her in a carrier and carry her the rest of the way so that she can rest and relax and I will continue to walk Codie and Tia. I will not force Cali to walk for 1 or 2 hours just because Codie and Tia love to walk that long. I will carry her after she tires and keep walking me other 2 dogs.

I got a really cute one at Petsmart that Phoebe loves to be in! I didn't think I would be able to say that of her, but she really likes it. I like it because the strap is canvas and flat. The first bag I bought was cute, black and pink. The strap cut into my shoulder (rounded vinyl), and Joey hated it... it was so dark inside. The new one is cream with a blue flower. It's nice and light inside, has a removable pad to wash, and closes completely so Phoebe can't poke her head out when we are in a 'FORBIDDEN' area. (Target, Walmart, Costco...all have yelled at me!)

I can't find it on their website right now, but I saw one in the store the other day. I paid under $50 for it.

That one looks real to me - very cute!

I LOVE the Juicy bags as well, but will wait awhile before I invest in one.

I really like this bag - I think I've seen it on Ebay before too. It's girly, but classy - very cute. :p

The ones in the photos are real, but since it is coming from China, they may send you a fake one, not the one in the photo. Be very careful. Although most Juicy is made in the USA, ALL of their handbags aer made in China. I would be careful with this one.

Then maybe it's not worth taking a chance. Unless there is a return policy and money back guarantee. But I'd hate to buy it and then it turns out to be fake -- I'd be so pissed. I'll probably just end up buying one at Neiman Marcus or Saks.

I would NEVER buy a juicy bag from an asian manufacturing company, ebay, or any company that Juicy does not personally list as one of thier actual retailers. You should go to Juicy's website and check out thier retailers.

Just today I saw someone claiming to sell Juicy Couture dog clothes on ebay. THEY ARE FAKE as fake can be. I contacted her and she said juicy sold the right to their name to a dog company so they could use thier name on dog clothes. OH LORD- How stupid does she think I am?:thumbdown

Great -- thanks for the info (especially re: Bag-Maker). I guess I'll just have to suck it up and go to Saks or Neiman. I still have some time -- Cali won't be home until October.
