I say do it, especially if your hubby is ok with it. You will take good care of them :D

Okay after talking to her for about 20 times after I've seen the dogs she has agreed for me to take them to my vet. So I'm off..I'll update as soon as I get back

You know what, I agree with your husband. One way or another, you'd be saving those girls from life as a breeding machine. I'd take them immediately before she sells them to someone else. That's just my opinion and everyone is entitled to do what they want but if I was in this situation, I'd buy them and give them non-stop LOVE LOVE LOVE and KISSES for all that they missed out on during their first year of life.

I asked if I could take them to the vet's office. I'd agree to pay the full price if I could have them checked by the vet. I shudder to hear about dogs left outside in a humid area without heartworm preventative.

Oh my gosh, this is awful. No way should that have happened. I just get so upset when I hear that people do things like this. I am so sorry for that poor little female yorkie, and those poor babies she had. I just hope whoever got them knows that the lack of calcium could be a real problem for the puppies as well as even the mama. ABSOLUTELY. If there's any way on earth you can rescue them both and handle whatever short-term costs are involved with the vet, etc. I'd say grab them, too. Even if it's not practical for you to keep them long term, I bet you can find good homes for them through YT!

if you have the funds (even for unexpected vet bills)- DEFINATELY rescue the poor babies. if you dont theres no telling where they'll end up

I am also interested in what the vet says! Hopefully they don't have heartworms or anything bad. Good luck!

Did she say why she was getting rid of them?

Please take pictures and post them so we can see.
