Sent you a PM. I explained our experiences in detail. Hope it encourages! ~Allison |
The only ideas I can offer are: *Play like the dickens for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before bedtime. *Let her have a drink before going to bed then let her potty *No food before bed time *Put her in a small crate (not the x-pen) next to your other Yorkie. About an inch apart. I usually put in a small safe chew toy, rope, nylabone, etc. *Put in the ear plugs, sleep well *Get up earlier than normal to let her go potty, should only take a few days She may never out grow barking all together, but this should get her through the night. Hope this helps you. |

Thank you everyone, for your responses. I'm disapointed to hear that she might be a natural barker. Hopefully the neighbors (who we really like) don't get too upset or report us to HOA (yup, we live in a HOA community that has strict rules to abide by) luckily it's a home and not an apt. that shares walls. |
