| Help! My puppies keeps eating worms. Does anyone elses dog try to eat the dry, crunchy earthworms when you take them out for a walk? All three of mine are trying to snatch them when I walk them and with 3 of them it's hard to keep an eye on all of them. I do have them all 3 on leashes but they still manage to grab a worm here and there and eat it. Is this harmful? Can they get anything from this? They are all on Sentinel and puppy has had all his shots until he turns 1 (currently 4 1/2 months). Is their diet lacking something? They are on Canine Cavier dry dog food (breeder recommended) and I mix in a little pedigree puppy lamb and rice to encourage eating. Also, I give them a little cottage cheese each day with breakfast. |

| I guess I should be thankful .... that at least it doesn't make any of them sick. I swear, they actually smack their lips as they are eating them. I guess they are just to good to pass up. It makes me think twice about puppy kisses though. |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | In many countries bugs are considered a delicacy...and given a choice...I'd rather Ramsey eat a worm than the tampon story I read here yesterday. Wondering now...would bugs be considered a protein, hmmmmm?
