| Tiffany got groomed today at Pet Smart And they hardly even trimmed her hair!! I took her becuase her surgery is tomorrow morning and I wanted her to feel nice and clean. She has some really short bangs that I wanted cut b/c they are not long enough to put in her ponytail.... So I told the lady I wanted that trimmed and around her mouth... When I got there to pick her up that lady had already gone for the day but they brought Tiffany out... She was so excited to see me that I didnt get a good look at her but when I got out to the car I noticed that she didnt even touch the hair on her face... and thats the whole reason I took her! I really think they just gave her a bath and trimmed her legs! How strange! Im a little upset though...that lady has always dont such a good job.. I hate to tell her that she didnt do a good job though. Has this ever happened to anyone??

| Maybe she misunderstood for some reason. I wouldve taken the dog back in, or now that your home call and tell them what you wanted done wasn't done. See if they'll do it for no charge. |

| This has definately happened to me before. Sometimes the groomer just gets confused I think. I agree with the previous post...I would call tomorrow and tell them that you are not satisfied and ask if you can bring her back in after she recovers from her surgery at no charge. |

I didn't go to Petsmart I went to another groomer. However, my niece's Yorkie Oliver goes to petsmart and my niece thinks they do a great job. I guess it depends on the Petsmart really.
