How scary for you. It does sound like she just got too rough. |
Lucy, my pug does all my yorkies this way. Well, except for Silk. She puts Lucy in her place real fast but the two younger ones . She tries to smell their wee wees and lifts them off the floor with that littlee flat nose of hers. She would never intentionally hurt one of them. She also nips them in the neck area sometimes trying to play and that is when I put a stop to it. |
I am sure that she didnt mean to! I bet they were just playing and she got a little rough! Thank goodness she is ok! |
Tricia I think the playing just got a little rough. I think Tori was trying to get her up to play somemore. Very impressed with your quick thinking and the mouth-to-mouth. I wouldn't know what to do. Where did you learn how to do it? I think it's time for me to learn. |
soon as i read this i thought the same thing as villette i think something happened and she was trying to help her |

Scary thought but when having more than one in the house sometimes they get testy. She may have been exerting her alpha position, meaning no harm just showing dominance and things got out of hand, sounds like your little one may have hit her head knocking the wind out of her, so glad you were on top of it. You cant forget these are Terriers, ratters in the past...more than one means double the trouble, attitude but more love and kisses! I would suggest keep an eye on them crating them separate when you leave to keep each one safe. |
