So unreal you'll think I made this up.... In our paper's classified ads today, under lost/strayed....is the following ad Lost puppy IN Target Va Bch, Indep. 2 lbs. Black with brown markings. Looks like a yorkie and sick  Call XXX-XXXX WTH?!?!? Did they sit puppy on a shelf while they were looking at something else?!?!? Did someone puppynap puppy from the cart?!?! And if puppy's sick WTH was it doing IN Target?!? Are these people even smart enough to own a dog???? Wonders no cease..... So unreal I offer proof...here's a link to the classifieds....it wouldn't let me cut and paste just that one ad. It's highlighted in yellow though.... http://epilot2.hamptonroads.com/Defa...true&AppName=1 |
Some people are unreal! |
:scratchhe :idontknow |
Some people are so stupid! |
 :coffee_n_ :shocked7q |
OMG that is craziness! Ugh, people make me so mad! |
:scratchhe Makes you wonder about some people. I hope someone is taking care of that sweet baby. |
I'm trying to understand this. Maybe they had the puppy in a carrying bag or purse and he/she jumped out and got lost in the store? The pup is 2 pounds so obviously it was being carried in something. Target is a big store. Maybe someone saw him/her wandering the store and took it home. I wouldn't be so hasty to judge these people when some people lose their own children in stores sometimes. Doesn't make them the most responsible people but I feel sorry for them nonetheless and hope nothing bad happens to that poor puppy. |
Really makes me sick. A sick baby should be home being taken care of, not out shopping, FGS. There are just so many stupid people in this world, really makes you wonder. :( |
I cant believe some people! I with you how do you lose a puppy in Target? Its really puzzling! |

Stupid people!!!!!! |
How the H**l can someone LOSE a dog in ANY STORE ? matter of fact...why was that poor puppy even IN a store at 2 lbs ? no wonder the poor thing was sick - that's plain IGNORANT  |
WTH~ DId they find SO many bargains that they got so sidetracked they forgot they took their dog with them??  |

Matter of fact they were browsing the clearanced dog clothes....hmmm, won't need those any more. I am sorry they lost their dog, but can't fathom why you'd take a sick 2 pounder to the store in the first place  People are always asking why Target forbids pets...now ya know.... |
Quote:
What, were the clearanced items too expensive...so they left the dog there b/c they couldn't afford him/her? |
 That is so sad!!!! I take Princess to Target all the time. I always know where she is!!! |

In No way am I taking up for these people but.... some people when they lose their pet, they place in the add, that they are sick or are on meds, because they think whoever found them will be more likely to return the animal. So maybe the dog wasn't sick at all. I can't bring up the add the link won't work for me. But if the dog was lost in the store, why can't the Target employees look at the security camera's to see where the dog actually went? |
Quote:
LOL You are sooooo bad!!!!! :p :p :p :p |
Quote:
Okay, now I'm confused....did the person who LOST the dog place the add, or did the person who FOUND the dog place the add? |

OH! I read it backwards. That's why I said I would go get the dog. Oopsies! |
Wether the dog was sick or not. How the H$ll do you lose a dog INSIDE a store. :questione :questione :shocked7q :idontknow   Poor baby. I think they are probably much better off with whom ever found it. Left on the shelf. |
WOW thats unreal and so so sad |
That seems like something hard to do. MAybe someone stole it. If it were me, I wouldn't have left until I found it. It had to have been in there somewhere if it wasn't stolen. |
Unfit Parents! Take the dog away, they are not responsible enough to own a dog! Imagine if you lost your child...how people would react. |
Ok, Deb, you are going to have to call these people and get the whole story! I did that once. There was a lost yorkie ad in PetSmart. Then a few days later there was an ad in the paper in the lost and found and it said something like "thank you God for returning Diva to us" So, I had to call. The woman told me this whole story about Diva getting out and she was gone for a whole week, and then someone found her and called them. It was an amazing story! You could just be an interested "doggie" person! |
NOt to go off topic on ya. A friend of mine was watching his moms chi----? dog, it was 12 yrs old or something, Anywho.. it escaped from his house, he freaked knowing his mom would literally kill him. So he placed ads and walked everywhere looking,, no luck. So about 3 days later they get a call from a person who lived about 3 miles away, in a trailer park..and they said their neighbor suddenly got a dog that fits this description. So he goes there, knocks on the door, and they lied to his face " they don't have a dog", and he can see a brand new cage there. So he leaves then gets really po'd and goes back and threatens to call the police,, meanwhile the dog strolls up to the door.. so she then trys to make him BUY the dog, plus what she has invested, cage, food, leash, collar. She wanted $200.00, can you imagine, so he eventually says he will call the police and they can settle it for them, well she doesn't want to do that.. So she decides she'll settle for 40 dollars... SO HE PAYS IT, and takes his mom's dog. I said " That would be the day." He was just so happy to have his mom's dog back and knew how upset she would be. So he did it.. The weird thing is they said they found the dog outside their house,, So the 12 year old dog must have traveled about 3-4 miles on a seriously BUSY road, if their story is true. |
Rhonda does not want to admit this is how we spell chi-----???? Like this.. chi waa waa. We both know what it means and spell check even does. We like things simple. One time I was babysitting my brother and sil's new mini dasaund (another spelling disaster) any way....I thought Coco would stay in the backyard because there were children out there with her. Nope, escaped from the tormenting children. Hubby, I and dd spent 3 hours searching for this dog...on foot, on bikes, in cars. Finally I decided I was gonna have to tell bro I lost his million dollar puppy :( The one SIL loved  Then someone down the street that we didn't know....comes over and asks me if I know anyone named Ramsey. I asked him if he found a little brown dog...yay, she's found. I told him I was a bad babysitter....to make matters worse...he'd already called the number on her tag and left a message at big bro's saying he'd found her  I called and left my own message saying....Coco was never ever lost, really. She'd forgotten to tell me whose house she was going over to and play ;) |
