doggy stroller i got a doggy stroller and i love it. now i can take both out without killing myself trying to carry one on each arm. they get to go without anyone bothering them either. no one can touch them inside the stroller. they seem to enjoy it, tonee is a little social butterfly anyway so it is right up her ally. when we take long walks and they have had enough they get to finish out with a nice ride in the fresh air. we live by the beaches so we spend a lot of time outdoors and i don't like leaving them at home alone too much. anyone thinking of getting one it is great!!!! :cheer: |
thats cool! I looked at them yesterday at petsmart and I loved them, but I dont need one right now, but when I ever get my new yorkie then I may want one, Kloey does real good on a leash and when she gets tired I just carry her, but I love the stroller idea! Where did you get yours at? |
Thats really cool. I had thought about it before but my hubby thinks I am crazy for wanting one... |
 i have one i love it !!! |
i saw many on the internet, but then i went to petsmart and they had one that i had been looking at so i got it there. my friend thinks i am crazy too, but i told her you don't have a yorkie so you don't know how caught up one can get with them. they have little spirits and they are kinda like little people (not literally before anyone goes nutso on me). so we like to take them with up when we go down town to walk by the water and such. we have two kids with dance, soccer, football, basketball, with all of that they would be alone too much. this allows us to take them safely out with us. :animal36 anyway we love it |

I actually have 2 strollers. One looks like a pram and allows me to put all 4 pups in at one time. The other one is for the 2 little ones together--we get a lot of attention and it is easier to bring them out together. |

I just got my stroller this past week in the mail! It was the second one I ordered for the first one was not big enough! The one I got now fits ALL my 5 yorkies comfy and I love the way it looks! My maltese is very chunky and needs to lose weight so he wiil have to trot along! LOL But all my friends think I am crazy and they said I will look like a weirdo walking down the street. I dont really care..... As long as all my babies are together and they can have a little fun! |
well i guess we will all look like weirdos together LOL... |
I am thinking about getting one too! I found a pink one on the web with free shipping!! |

I also don't know if I would use it all the time and am worried that it would take away from my girls exercise. Where do you guys use the stroller? I can only think about using it durng mall trips. They're not cheap either so I want to think about more ways that I would use it. |
we go to the soccer and football field. they are not on the ground and children can not bother them. when we go on long walks they are small and may not be able to go the distance. sometimes we just take them out in it to get fresh air. mine are not lacking in the the exercise department, they go all the time. we also take them shopping and to the vet and places like that. we would spend upwards of $60 for a nice carrier for each of them and the stroller was about $100 (they both ride together) so it came out about the same, maybe cheaper. |

We've been using a stroller for our 2 little girls for the past 6 yrs. We started out with a baby jogging stroller, then went to the Kittywalk 5th Avenue SUV Deluxe model and now we really love the Happy Trails. Both holds them comfortably and no bugs can get inside along with peoples fingers with the HT model. They have been very happy with their rides to everywhere !! We all have a good time. The Kittywalk is very handy when traveling also as it serves as a carrier too. For those that are looking for a reasonable stroller, go to www.justpetstrollers.com and look at the selections which includes shipping. Happy Strolling !! :aimeeyork :aimeeyork |

when you take them into the malls, does your babies bark? That is my concern taking her into public places, I know when we go to the pet stores she barks at other dogs, or when were on walks, when people walk by she will bark at them, so I would be so embaressed if I took her in the mall and she was barking. |
Does anyone know where you can find the pink stroller? I am looking for it. |
I so want to get one for my girls, we love to take them places, but after a long day of shopping they are so tired of everyone wanting to touch/play with them!! It would be so nice to have a place to put them where they can rest....I just need to save up the money and we will defintely be getting one!! |

After my daughters first Softball game.... I so NEED one! There were two little girls that would NOT leave the girls alone.... They drove me and my girls nuts the whole time! Not to mention blocked my freaking view of the game half the time! I missed her first hit! I said they were sleeping... they poked... I said that the one did not really like kids... the youngest one said that all dogs liked her... they were snotty and germ ridden, and unbrushed and unbathed... gross! I looked at their mother with that come get your freaking kids look, and she pretended to not see me... I was the entertainment! She had the night off! I was sooooo pissed! Next time I'm saying that they BITE! Hands off! I did not take the girls to the next game... I felt so bad! And those kids! They came looking for them! It felt very wrong to have most of the family there and have the girls sitting at home... If I had a stroller... I bet it would have been much easier! I so need to invest!! For all of you who have them..... What kind??? Happy Trails I hear makes a good one... |

If u don't mind me asking? Since you said that they are not cheap, I thought that I would ask you? How much are they? I myself was thinking of getting one after reading everyone's comments. I didn't even know they existed. I thought people used there kids stroller. I know, funny huh? Quote:

I priced them at Jake's Dog House ($149.00) and very good quality and I also checked out the ABC site for one but not sure of the quality although much much cheaper! So far I haven't purchased one yet. I really wanted to get a stroller to take my dogs to my son's college baseball games because they're so far away and I don't like to leave them all day. And for the same reason as Katheryn V.< to keep little kids from sticking their fingers in their faces or feeding them food! My only drawback is my son the ball player who says he will be so embarrassed if I show up with a stroller for the dogs. He also thinks I've totally lost my mind! :D |

I bought the $49 variety from petedge.com for the two little ones. very lite and well constructed. The pram stroller I purchased on ebay for $50 and it was a bargain at 3x the price. |

i walked into petsmart and they had the pink happy trails for 99.00, so i got it. (they also had a blue one) mine do not bark when we have them out, that may be just something that your particular yorkie likes to do, you may want to take her to some training classes if it worries you. maybe that would help. |
Those strollers are so cute! Unfortunately we'll have to wait on the stroller, I already have to push around double stroller for 2 kids! |
ok ok ok..... I ran into Petsmart to grab Bird food and there they were! PINK HAPPY TRAILS STROLLERS! Did I buy one? You bet I did!!! It was $99.00! I rushed home and hubby put it together and we went for a walk! I love it! my daughters stroller was not this smooth! Talk about a nice ride! And the cup holders! The big basket at the bottom is awesome too! And its really nice! well made, light weight! Wheels made to run over any surface really... It rocks!!! I would have paid twice as much! Its worth it! Every penny! Go get one!!!!! |

Kathryn, Glad to hear that you're really enjoying the Happy Trails Stroller, its so comfortable for all of us and I love the feature of "NO BUGGING " net. It serves as two purposes..... LilMissMagic, It keeps all sized people from wanting to reach out and pet our babies, which can be very tiring for them and it keeps out the bugs. yougetthesmiles, Our girls don't bark while they are out riding so maybe with some practice, yours will learn to be a little more quiet while riding. :( Mustangbee, chachi, try looking at www.justpetstrollers.com, free shipping and the pink one comes with a free weather cover. You can order the cover extra with the blue one for $15. All free shipping, they are very nice people to buy from. The cover is also very handy for windy days or if it starts to shower and you're out walking. You can keep your umbrella in the bottom storage basket along with the cover when not using it. I already used the cover here as its not really spring yet in the northeast part of the country. Good luck and lets see some "strolling photos" here ! Happy Strolling! :aimeeyork :aimeeyork |

glad you got your stroller katheryn, now you can take your girls out in piece. it nerves me when people do not watch their kids, much less teach them how to behave and treat animals. so , i hope it works for you and they get pesky free outings. happy strolling to you also yorkie24, glad you knew some places to order from. i found them mostly on ebay. |
