All my animals are named after professional wrestlers, just a weird thing I started a few years ago and thought I'd stick with. Especially cause giving a cute little animal a big tough name is just adorable! |
Sort of like SPIKE for a Yorkie name! Element of surprize. |
Trace was named after Trace Adkins....cause he was always "rough and ready". Ramsey was named by her breeder (YT's smmprn)....my maiden name is Ramsey.... ;) |
We both love to ride and we love our harley davidson motocycles and we wanted the HD in there names the boy's full name is Harley Lee Dzonko and my girl is Haley Lynn Dzonko. |
Names are something that we are always bickering about in our house. My husband is very traditional and I am not :) We fought over both kids names and all animals names until Princess Peach. :p I wanted Princess to be in there, and he is a Super Mario fan so it was easy. :D |
i knew i wanted to call her tonee, so i had to find something that i could pull it out of. so, i came across antionette, and thought it sounded so royal. she was born in december and i came across the french version of noel, (i was stuck on french) and wanted pretty or something like it in there some where so she became Lebeau Noella Antionette (lovely noel antionette) or Tonee. |

Emma chose her own name!! We were calling her all kinds of different names and had finally settled on Lilly, well we called her Lilly for 2 days and she would not respond. Well I was just going through a list out loud and said Emma, and she sat straight up and looked at me. I thought it was just a fluke so I called to her and she came right to me. It was so wierd. From that moment on, she would not respond to anything but Emma. She's to cute. Lyric I just loved and had never heard of any other dog named that so that's my little boys name!! :aimeeyork |
My husband is a golfer so he decided his contribution to having a yorkie is giving them their names . . .of course, he went with the famous golfers. My boy is named Tiger and my soon to be home baby girl is Annika. |
Looked through name sites until I was bleary-eyed. I've always wanted to name a small dog 'Gizmo'; but, that's more suited to a male. When talking to a friend one day, her hubby suggested 'Abigail'. Looking at her, she just looked like an 'Abigail' (know what I mean?) - so, 'Abbie' stuck. So, really, my friend named her :) |
