Tucker is out of surgery!!!!!!!! Kenny just called me, and got me out of the most BORING meeting. The vet just called, Tucker woke up around 1:30 and was doing fine! The whole tumor was removed and he is sending it out for pathology to look at. He wouldn't say one way or the other how it looked, only that he'd have the results in a couple of days. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it. For now, he has come through the surgery and is doing fine! Kenny is picking him up at 3:30. I MISS my baby. I just can't believe I am in Baltimore and he is in NJ. I just want to give him hugs and kisses!!! Thank you everyone for your prayers, thoughts, PM's, etc. I know that it helped me to deal with this.....YT is the best. I'm sure he'll have a quick recovery. He was jumping up and down off of the couch the day he was neutered! No snausages for him, I can't stand how he acts when he gets one, it's not normal! thanks everyone, I know he did so well because of all of the prayers! |

Hey Teri: I'm so glad to hear that Tucker's surgery is over and he came through fine. Now our prayers are with him to have a fast recovery and for the test results to be benign. That "not knowing" is the worst of anything. God bless you. |

More update on Tucker I talked to Kenny again. We are burning up the phone lines! He said Tucker has a 2 inch incision and is very wobbly. He is laying in the bay window, watching the world go by, and dozing off and on. He goes back next week to get his stitches out. They were supposed to microchip him while he was out and they were out of chips. So, he'll get that done when he gets his stitches out. Now I really wish I was home because I'm sure I could hold him and love him and he would lay there and let me since he is woozy. Otherwise, he lets you hold him for about 2 seconds and then it's on to exploring the world some more! God, I miss him! I can't wait to see him. Every time I look at my Tucker screen saver I want to cry! Anyone know how to send puppy kisses over the internet?????? |

Glad has a good idea! Just don't get Tucker too excited so he jumps around and hurts himself LOL! That is such good news that he has gotten out of surgery and is doing so well. I'm sure the news will be good on the test results. I am still sending prayers and POSITIVE thoughts. Artie |
