I am looking to add a new member to my family. I have narrowed it down to 3. Can you let me know which one you like the best!! Zapoca and Augustas are puppies and The retired stud is 5 years old and DNA registered with AKC. Thanks for all your opinions. I will look at each opinion carefully

augustus is the grey puppy
Zapaco is the orange/white puppy
The retired stud is the one in the middle

Thanks you for your votes. He was my original pic!! But i kinda felt sorry for the older dog that the breeder is just throwing away it seems. My mother likes Augustus so keep the votes coming. It means alot and trust me you guys have alot of pull on this decision!!

I like the retired stud. Probably because I have a 5 yr old who looks like him but all grey. I have a soft spot for the older ones that people don't want.

If I could only have one, it would be Zapaco.
I just love his coat, and his little face is just too cute.
They are small, so anyway you can get more than one? :D :D :D

Zapaco gets my vote! Just be careful with puppyfind. They are notorious for scams.

Some of these sellers actually steal pictures from other websites, pose them as their own and it all involves missionary work, Africa or Nigeria and Western Union. if this is the case, RUN, NOT WALK for the hills!

Thanks for the info and i guess that i won't use puppy find at all. These 3 babies were off puppy find and after reading these 3 threads i am so dissapointed. I did so want Zapaco but i am not going to risk being broken hearted not getting him. I guess i will have to find a breeder locally to buy a baby from. Thanks guys for your votes but most importantly thanks TXSHOPPER for filling me in on these scams. Wow i am bummed!!! If you know any reputable Shih-tzu breeders please pass them along to me.

Yes I agree 100% I got my little one from puppyfind.com but I had to search for weeks and weeks for a breeder that I was comfortable with. I had alot of the ones that are mentioned below emailing me but when it came down to the time of talking about getting the dog they always asked me to western union them the money due to them being on a missionary work and the puppy was with them. I was like oh noooooooooo runnnnn.... Scammers... I got my little one from a breeder named shawn and she is on puppy find she's located in waskom texas. She is very nice may I add and anything you ask she will let you know. :animal-pa

What kind of pups are they...Biewers?? Awwww..don't know what to say about puppyfind. I guess you have to follow your instincts.

good luck finding your baby, and go with your instincts. im not sure puppyfind is the best choice either

They have a serious scamming problem on Puppyfind..it looks like half the Yorkie ads are scams..they always saw "free shipping, champion sired, and the price is very low. What ashame for a sincere breeder who uses it.

I went to Puppyfind and read the ad for the retired stud. It does not sound like a scam, BUT who can you trust?
This breeder says they are no longer going to be a hobby breeder and are becoming show breeders..they want the best for this retired stud, perfer a pet home, but stress he has sired many nice litters...so if he has produced alot of very nice pups for them and they want the best for him, I say neuter him, find the best home possible, even if it means giving him away.
This may sound very judgemental, but when a breeder wants only the best for their dogs, they do not sell them intact..he will be bought buy a breeder, maybe he will be cared for, maybe not.

id say go for the older dog as the puppys will find homes a lot easyer,also if the breeder is willing for you to take the dog for free you wont lose any money.
