Gosh, even if people could only send $5.00 it would help. With all the members we have it would certainly add up fast. Everyone is a little strapped for $$ at some point in their life but if you could give up your Starbuck's for a day you might be helping to save a life of a fellow YT'er Yorkie.

I feel so bad, I would have never seen this.
I'm so glad they found a Vet for her.
It's so sad she was turned away, Our Vet would
have never done that. I saw a lady come in with a very sick furbaby,
They did'nt even know who she was, they just took the pup out
of her arms, and straight to the back room to see the Vet. I was very
impressed, and when I told them that they said, Taking care of her came first,
paperwork can wait. Now I know why I have had the same Vet for all these years. We will keep Marie & Gucci in our Thoughts and Prayers. :2hearts2:

My thoughts exactly, Cindy! Some people may think they can only afford $5 or even $2 and they may think it's too little...but...it ALL adds up and little Gucci and Marie need our help! I'm so worried sick over this!

Allready a Done Deal ! I think , that if they hold you accountable for neglect , they should hold ER or Vet acountable ! I am lost for Words !!!! Just hope we hear something soon !

I have a ? if she just barely signed up for the paypal account how will she with draw the money? I sent what I could I wish it was more....

Thank you so much for helping :) ....She can take it right to the vet...this vet is seeing her based on her paying them immediately.....She's signing alot of papers to ensure they get paid...and at this time...Marie didn't have any money at all....So this will help ALOT because without money - no treatment....

The Clinic I spoke with last night said she may need to be treated for a few weeks....so every little bit will help !!

I just hope that we can raise enough money to get little Gucci better :) :love:

Aw V - I have to believe that YT members have large hearts for helping another member. I know many people think, well you shouldn't have a dog if you can't pay for it but what if it was your dog and you knew it had eaten poison and everywhere you turned, without money - no treatment. Your heart would be breaking in two. How could you have faith in your fellow man if it all comes down to money.

I know many members can't understand why these business's shouldn't give away their services but we are a country who has always depended on each other to help out in need. This forum has always been about helping each other out and now we have a member who really needs our help in saving her dogs life. This morning when I sent my money I was thinking, I don't know this person and what if everything is not as it appears and you know what..I don't care. I know in my heart and with the bigger power to be it was the right thing to do. So what if I have to give up a pizza this week, or a starbuck's coffee, or a new piece of clothing for one of my fur babies, who cares, at least I didn't have to give up my dog. I couldn't live without my dog(s).

I hope each member looks into their own heart and wonders what they would do if for some unseen reason they had no money and their little one could be dying.

I didn't post this to pat myself on the back - in fact I wasn't going to say anything as this was between V and myself but I remembered when I was younger and could barely pay my rent and one of my cats got very ill. Thank goodness the vet out of the kindness of his heart let me make payments and he saved my cats life. My friend lent me the $$ for the first visit and I payed her back (of course I had to eat peanut butter sandwiches for the longest time :eek: ).. Can you imagine how I would have felt about my friend if she had let my cat die.

Nobody gets through life without pain but certainly we as a group can help during some of these painful times.

Okay, it must be because it is Sunday and I didn't go to church this morning but I felt I needed to post my thoughts.

I'd be happy to contribute to a paypal account but I would need the information or a link to the paypal site.

I'm willing to contribute, too, if we can get the details on how to do it. Also, is there any new info on how Gucci is doing, what needs to be done and how much it will cost?

I'm happy to help but if all is well and treatment isn't needed, I'd like to know that! I'm disabled and don't work so I do have to pinch pennies.

Oh I hope she's doing better. This has not been a happy day on YT.
But please try and rember all, we laugh and cry on this site.
The most important thing is we are here for eachother.
I will help in anyway I can, I don't have to know you to really care.
I'm sure we will get an update soon. But for now,
we will keep them in our Thougthts and Prayers.

livingdustmops, you are so very kind, I love all your posts.
Not many people here on YT know eachother, but we all do care.
We are a family, not just because we all have Yorkies, but because we
