| What a cute thread! I love reading all your responses! I have never had a dog before. NEVER. That's right....in my 23 years of life, I've never experienced the joy of having a dog. When I married last year, I moved to a new city. It took a long time to adjust and I was sure this was the right time to bring a new friend into my life. Sure enough, my husband agreed and we brought our Sully home 2 weeks before my 23rd birthday last October When I first saw him...my heart jumped in disbelief. It was a very surreal moment...he was so adorable that I had to ask, "is that really him?...is he really mine?" We brought him home and helped him get acquainted with our house. It was time for bed. We put him in his kennel and the the tiny thing started barking. Really loud. Darn, we thought. So we put the kennel in the bathroom and closed the door. He kept barking but soon went to sleep. At 3 a.m., I needed to use the bathroom, but the kennel was in the way. I had to wake him up, and the barking started again (It took us a night or two to figure out that he wanted to be in the same room as us, haha! In the days to follow, I spent every moment I could with hiim. We taught him to sit, shake, lay down and play dead (at 10 weeks!) I would rush home at every break I would have from work to play with my puppy. He was everything I'd hoped for, and so much more! I mean, who can resist..... http://img35.exs.cx/img35/5278/puppy30po.jpg
