Well we are back from our weekend trip in our dog house. The trip was to the Lake Charles, LA. area. I thought I would share some pics that I managed to get.
We are now official RVers. I could make a long story out of our first experiences but I will spare you this one. We know not what we do. (or didn't know.)
Buckeye did very good, as far as his barking at people and other dogs. seems like everyone in the park had a dog. I was very proud of his behaving himself. Poor Archie was so scared the whole trip (while moving). Every little bump in the road had him shaking. I held him the whole trip home. (except when I was driving). 10 hrs on the road and he didn't eat, drink or sleep (not even lay his head down). As soon as we got home he downed the water and food and I was up 3 times in the night because he was whining to potty. he slep very well in between.
Oh and also The diaper that I crocheted for Tressie too. Not a very good picture of it and it is not perfect, do to the fact that I made up the pattern as I went along. LOL

It sure sounds like you all have lots of fun. I am sure there will be many more road trips to come.

Wow, their getting big! I love the picture of Buckeye!!!! Glad you made it back safely! Remember how you thought Archie was car sick, think it was Cash cuz he spews on car rides

Archie got really car sick the first trip to Ohio with all the pups. I was really worried about him. called the vet on the road and she said give him benedryl to help sedate him. i tried that this time and dont' think i gave him enough or it did one of those reverse reactions on him. (keeping him awake). he gets better with each trip tho. i need to take him on more short rides. I think that will help. we don't go out much because it is hard with 4 of them. I need bob to help me when I go somewhere. LOL. I found it does help a bit if i hold him up where he can see out.
give cash kisses from us all. I sure would like to see him again.

there are some nice new smilies since i have been away. I love 'em.
