I am an attorney and I want to help you shut this operation down if it can be proven that it is as bad as you say then it shouldn't be hard. Please give us more details. PM me if you do not feel comfortable giving the info on the open forum but you have already said so much that I think it would help the membership here to see how we can really make a difference.

Tell us when you got your pups, what his facilities looked like, what he said when you told him the puppies were sick, what the vet has said, how old they are, what you paid for them?

Like I said YOU could be the KEY we have been searching for to do something about a bad breeder!! Please help us to help the other puppies. :(

myorkies2...There is a small group in Texas who went after an awful breeder and If you need names I can share with you - I know the woman who started the procedings will be happy to talk with you and she can give you more info about how you can try to go after him......They got their case to the courts and the place shut down.

I have heard of this guy and have seen his site. Total mill in my opinion. 1200 dogs ? How nice for him :mad: I can tell you it's very hard to get someone like this shut down. I'm sure with that many dogs he is USDA inpsected. USDA should be for cattle and livestock only, NOT dogs. I was scammed by some one in FL along with about 25 others. He was importing sick and very young pups from Brazil. Many dogs died from parvo but my little guy just had bad cocci, and kennel cough. no AKC papers as promised and fake vet certs., for shipping. After getting all the info for the feds( vet records, false vet health certs., false DOB, Brazil connection, airline he used etc. ) We finally got him for fraud. It took 1 1/2 yrs and I thought we would never get him. I was lucky because my baby lived and I fought with my credit card and paypal and got most of my $$ back. MANY others did not and he got about $30,000 from us a about 4 months. We now get a check for $13.73 per month for our refunds, from the FL state of corrections :D It was a full time job, but it can be done. I am a small breeder and know the work it takes keep the pups happy and healthy. Breeders such as Jeff make me sick with the amount of dogs they have and the prices they charge. I'm sure your pups will be fine, but thats a shame you had to deal with sick pups. It should be a happy time when you get a new pup, not a nightmare. take care, Jeanief

I went to his web site, that was posted in an earlier reply. WOW does he lay it on thick. butter wouldn't melt in his or one of his 1 lb yorkies mouths. I couldn't believe the sizes advertised and the prices. I can see how someone could be taken in. I hope that you get something done with his ethics.

I think there is something we can do. All we need is enough people who ar intertested in telling the truth and getting the media involved. If this place is as bad as it is made out to be by some, we need to start documenting it with witnesses. Myorkies2 ....would you be willing to help? Please PM me. :thumbup:

There is always a way we can make a difference. Check out the storey on the link below...a local station in Miami investigated a famous Pet Store. Turns out the store has been buying dogs from puppy mills and selling them for Top dollar. After a four month investigation they reported their story and now the Humane Soceity has filed lawsuit against the Pet Store. The Pet Store of course is denying that they knew the breeders ran puppymills. They have now stopped using some of them.

After another round of antibiotics (stong ones) , now this morning had an xray.......my poor little and I do mean little baby has an enlarged heart. As you can all imagine, I am on the floor..........just flat down. He is so adorable and innocent. I have read all info I could find about this, we go to see a specialist on Monday........I am a walking zombie. I think it was 'whispersmom' that replied to another post I had about this breeder/broker fraud creep...wish she would just go there and bitchslap him upside the head for me , being as I don't have the energy to do it myself.......trying to pull my self together....I just don't know how long he will make it . The vet bills have exceeded what I paid for the baby ..........how ironic is that?
to anyone that might read this and is considering buying a yorkie........please ....please don't buy from a lying creep like I did.
He is in Texas, ships all over the world ( which is something I would never do, no matter how bad I wanted a baby yorkie, just cruel IMO)........with the help of my vet/hospital, I will see what happens next. I saw the little xrays this morning, just about lost it right there in the office, and did in the parking lot. Fell down in tears at my truck door...............thanks for all the prayers and thoughts that you all have sent my way since I have joined this wonderful group of folks that love their babies like I do........thank you ,,,,,,,thank you.

I'm so sorry to hear that your little guy is not getting better. Now he has an enlarged heart after everything else he has beeen through. One thing for sure, your little guy knows that someone loves him very much, and he is lucky that he has you. I think your being to nice to only want to bitchslap him, I know he deserves alot more then that. It makes me sick to think what kind of person could be doing this to all those little innocent puppies. You just have to remember what goes around will come around. He will get his .

In the meantime I will keep you in my prayers, and please keep us updated on what the specialist says Monday.

The 'operation' really is sickening in every aspect. Thanks so much for the good thought and prayers. I even send my prayers to the poor baby pups there..., and the next 'unsuspecting' Yorkie Lover that has not read about this place/person. I hope that this message gets bumped, over and over and over. Heads up folks.
If only I had found this forum , before finding a fraud with deceptive practices and absolutely no scruples.

Just wanted to let you know that I have contacted the media, still waiting to hear back from them. BBB (evidently the first to file complaint)...AKC and still working in other areas to get the word out there. I am probably going to loose my little male due to all the health problems he "came with" now top that all off with an enlarged heart and fluid in the lungs. I have spent the whole 2 months (from day 2 of getting my pups) in the vets office and sleeping when I can. Thank you for the offer to help.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and the little ones. You are truly an extraordinary person.

I've just sent an email telling him what I think of him and how I'll be passing on his puppies. I encourage others to do the same.
