Sarah | First of all, I am certainly no Yorkie expert but I have heard that some Yorkies at least will gravitate toward a family member of the opposite sex. I found this to be true not long after my wife and I were married and her Yorkie "adopted" me...which of course made my wife just a little jealous. We have a new Yorkie now, a female, and I will be interested to see if this holds true (I hope so!).
Second, allow me to recommend the breeder from whom we adopted our precious Brie. Her name is Deb Sillers and she is in Fairfax, MO. I think she has at least one male sibling of Brie's available (12 weeks) and a younger litter as well. So far we could not be happier with her. Deb was always willing to talk to us and answer any questions we have. She offers a lifetime guarantee on her puppies. Read the guarantee and other information on her website and I think you will be impressed. Deb shipped Brie from Kansas City to Memphis last week and called and emailed me that evening and again the next day to check on Brie and to answer any other questions and offer advice. Please feel free to contact me if there is anything else you would like to know about our experience with her. Here is a link to her website: http://www.amazingyorkies.com/index.html |
