| ![]() My little Lottie is coming up for 17 , she is no longer happy being groomed . I have been trying to use a soft brush and trying to trim any knots with scissors but she gets annoyed with that . Her sight is failing and she has virtually no hearing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated .

| ![]() When my pups get older, I keep their hair short so that I don't have to brush it. I keep shirts and sweaters on them for warmth. Hugs to you ... it is so hard to watch our babies age.

| ![]() Thanks even trying to trim her hair is a nightmare, I try to do it when she is sleeping. She is still eating and going out for very short walks but she seems to startle when she is walking . Yes is heartbreaking to see them get older , she is on a constant antibiotic for stomach issues, she gets bouts of gastroenteritis, but it seems to be managed and I feel she still has a good life , she gets everything her own way !

| ![]() Thank you , she is such a diva and always tolerated grooming but since she had the ulcer on her cornea she freaks out when you go near her face. Thankfully the ulcer has now healed but the memory of the daily drops has left her suspicious of anything to do with her face .
