Yes. Indeed. Our HEALTH is why we should get and keep fat off our bodies! Not only that, it feels so good when it is gone. Healthier, move better, feel better, clothing fits better and more fun to buy and wear. I was down a pound this morning. I have been struggling. Back to Yorkies.....it occurred to me this morning that Katy's age and training has really helped in this.....now Deron and I can work out in the mornings again. Katy and our GSD play together (right there with us) now and Katy can be trusted. THIS! This helps so much. With the weather, we have not been out on our bicycle or walked (snow over ice) or even walked around the yard much with Katy. So calories.....are sitting on me. |

I have been working out each day, Floor Work. Now that Katy can go upstairs with us and play with our GSD (and is trusted not to.....) we go up daily and Work Out. Am I loosing weight yet......<sighs> No. But it will come. It will. I AM working towards it and many times, it just takes time to loose it right. |

This week is not going to go well for me. I’m an emotional eater and this has been a terrible week. My Godmother died suddenly on Monday and then on Wednesday I was told my aunt can no longer eat and is going into hospice. |

I wish I only had to lose 16 pounds. I have been overweight my whole life and certain health issues seem to make it harder but on the first Monday in January I'm starting back on weight watchers. I had several doctors tell me its more about what you eat then your exercise. Not that exercising isn't good you just have to watch your food intake too. Penny is my only little chubby puppy and part of that I think is because she was not given much food at her old home and now kinda really goes at it or did, she has slowed down a bit now. |

Sorry for this. Life can really get rough, and all the sudden get rough! I too am a Stress Eater! <sighs> I am in the same boat as you right now. Different reasons, same eating! With the weather we have been having, not working out like I should....THAT really matters for my body type. My heels are tore up from Snowshoeing, so can't go back out there doing that right now. |
I bought an indoor cycle, thar she sits. I just started an all or mostly all carb diet, nothing else seems to work. Been down 3 days due to sleeping on couch with the dog, did something horrible to my neck, like whiplash. Starting the G&T diet tonight. |
