| Hi Everyone, I have a 4 year old Yorkie who is just getting over Pancreatitis. She is supposed to be going this week to the vet to have her teeth cleaned for the first time. I am extremely nervous about having her be under anesthesia. I am looking for feedback on to whether or not others have had taken their yorkie to the vet for a cleaning. Many Thanks! |

| I took my previous do to the Vet for cleaning. He did blood work before the procedure and all went well. |

| It is really very safe when you get blood work done before hand and all the right protocols are followed. Your still going to worry and that very normal.

| With the blood work my Cali gets cleaning about every 6 months as she seems to have a really “nasty” mouth. She does just fine. Just be sure the vet who does the cleaning has someone else there to keep checking the dog and read the monitor.

| In fact, don't worry, you need to know that this is good for dogs. |
