Hi lilgidget,
I had to replace the stroller we keep at my sister-in-law's home, as after only 18 months, the collapse mechanism failed. I do not recall that stroller brand. Try as I might to fix it, the device remained stuck in full-size mode.
Have opted to replace it with a the Pet Gear No-Zip Special Edition 3 Wheel .... It has 4.2 stars on Amazon.

The new stroller is due to arrive tomorrow. Among the reviews on Amazon is one titled, "
Have tried many -- honest review!" dated 27 May 2016. Reviewer gave it 4 stars. Clipped from that review:
This stroller is for our 7-8 lb Yorkshire Terrier. He can only go so far on our long walks. He walks and then stops when he wants to go in the stroller. He is a therapy dog and the stroller is nice to do visits next to wheelchairs at the hospital. Perfect height for patients to pet him yet he feels safe. After trying & returning two other PetGear strollers I finally found the right one! I was looking for a lightweight & smaller stroller to keep in the city.
The reviewer also owns a Dogger stroller, which he/she prefers for jogging/heavy use.
