| grooming clippers Can anyone recommend good grooming clippers? I am going to attempt to try grooming my dogs on my own (will probably fail), but wanted to know if I should use doggie or human clippers. Thanks! |

| I started with a wahl dog clippers and found it too large for all but the main body of my 6 lb pup. I bought a wahl peanut from a suggestion on here and use it quite a bit for the small parts. My other yorkie cannot stand the buzzing and will stand still for scissoring. |

| I have had the small yellow clipper pictured for years and love it, although it eats batteries. It is great for face and feet. I recently bought the bigger clippers since I am keeping Huey short all over now, but I haven't had the courage to try the full body myself, yet. These come with guards up to 1" and I bought a 1.5" guard, also.

| Hi welcome to YT! I started with this clipper and trimmer combo https://www.amazon.com/Wahl-Grooming...bo+pet+trimmer and then switched to the Wahl SS Pro once that one's blade wore off. I like the Wahl SS pro better as it's quieter and less scary for the pups.
