Honey, sorry to say this but, that does not look like a yorkie, it looks like some sort of mix. I have raised 4 yorkie puppies from 8 weeks old. Lets see what other members have to say. It is a cute puppy but, IMO it is not a yorkie. |

The puppy isn't sick, at least not when he saw her, but she hadn't been eating much. He said that she was too young to have been separated from the mom so it could lead to health risks. As of now, the puppy hasn't been eating at all. I don't think she knows how to eat on her own yet, I started feeding her with a bottle, but she hates it. I tried to keep her hidrated by forcing her to drink water with a bottle. He didn't refuse to trear her, thats what I mispoke. He checked her, took her temperature, asked me what she ate, etc and advised me to return her instead of treating her myself because he thought that they should be responsible for the dog, not me. He also checked her health card that they game me and said that all the vaccines that they claimed to have given her were too much for her age, and that I should talk to them about that because in case the dog got sick, the scammers could say that it was because of any treatment that he gave them, instead of their mistreatment of the animal. I did get attached to her, I have actually not been able to hold back tears. We sent her back this morning, everyone has advised us to give the puppy back and ask for a full refund, we have talk to other breeders, vets, friends. If we keep the puppy the scammers just get away with it and are not held accountable for what they did. I asked my uncle to drive her, since I wasn't able to leave work today amd its a four hour drive. She still hasn't got there, but last I spoke to my uncle, she was doing ok, still not eating or drinking anything. I don't know if we will get our money back, I have been arguing about it with the scammers, they want to give me another dog, this time truly purebred, certified and microchipped (what I payed for to begin with), we don't want another puppy, we just feel heart broken, so we declined and they actually got mad about it and the guy had the nerve to say that I should forget about what happened and just take the new dog. When I sayed I wouldn't, he said I was terrible at doing business (which I actually agree with, considering I got lied to and scammed). So, at this point we don't know whats gonna happen. I never expected to pay so much for a heart break, lol. |
you are a wonderful person to bring her back yourself. I think you have a better chance of getting a refund if you bring her back in person. I'm sorry that this happened to you. |
How horrible...the whole situation! I am so sorry that you are going through this. Like others, I don't know if I would be able to return the puppy because I know she'd be tossed around. And I can't begin to imagine how sad I'd be. But like you, I would also want to be firm and set things right...to get your full money back as this is not what you paid for. My heart ached for you to hear about this. :( Wish you all the best in this. Keep us posted |

Good that you were strong enough and sent the puppy back. I know that was a hard thing to do, but, you cannot let these people charge you top dollar for a dog that is not a pure breed yorkie. These scammers KNOW once a person holds a little baby in their hands it's immediate love, and although it's NOT the puppy they paid for 85% of the time that person will keep a high priced mutt. I know for me, I don't think I would be strong enough to send the puppy back, I am just to weak when it comes to babies. I am happy for you that you stood your ground and returned her especially with the vet saying it was too young. I am sad for this little baby and hope she is ok. I also hope you get a full refund. I would not take another puppy from them, you made a wise choice. I am so sorry you had to go through this. |
Any updates? Did you get your money back? |
Hi! So far I didn't get my money back, they were almost trying to force me to take a different dog, but i put my foot down and said no. They admitted that they sent me a mixed puppy and said it was an "involuntary mistake". They reluctantly asked me to wait till monday to give me my money. If I don't get my money on monday I all I can do is publish everything that happened on different social media. They have a lot of followers and they feel threatened by me making all the incident public as it may affect their business. We'll see what happens on monday. We've been trying to focus on other things and be patient and wait. |

Thank you for the update. I hope they return your money, if not I would do as you say. Go to the media where their followers are and spread the word of their deceit and refusing to refund your money. You can also take them to small claims court if you have that in your country. When buying any dog always try to see the puppy in person, and pick the puppy up yourself to be sure it is the puppy you selected. I think you learned a very big and painful lesson here. Please keep us updated. |
Thank you so much for keeping us updated on the situation. Such a hard thing for you and that puppy but you did the best thing. If the puppy had health problems you would have had to put out so much more for a dog you did not ask for or want as well as the purchase price. Hope you get your money back and I hope things work out good for that poor puppy as well. |
