I used to order pill pockets from Chewy and a prescription med, as well as toys and other things. One bag of pill pockets had a strange odor to them that was not normal. They refunded my money and also sent me a couple of replacement bags of pill pockets. I don't remember why but they also sent me a free box of the prescription meds. They way over compensated me. I didn't expect that at all. No wonder they were losing money. When you talked to them on the phone they treated you like you were their Number One customer! Great people. Plus their shipping was so fast and I think it was free. |
