I've been buying her several different chews. I tried the CET ones and she wouldnt take them.
I gave her greenies, and she gt it for like 4-5mins broke it into pieces and swallowed them.
So not much of a tooth cleaning thing the greenies.
I think if the bone is boiled for sometime it might get somewhat softer? | Are you talking about boiling a raw/fresh bone here...is that what you mean...?
If yes -- unfortunately, you can't do that. Don't ever, ever feed a dog a cooked bone - they became fragile and will splinter into sharp pieces. Raw bones are safe bc they are still "pliable" in terms of bone. |
