| Hi Yorkietalk! I am new to this forum, but have grown up with Yorkies. My grandmother bred them in Yorkshire, England many years ago. Now I have a 10 lb. Silky terrier that I would like to breed to a medium sized Yorkie stud, healthy, with erect ears. She is registered AKC. We live near Sacramento, CA, so if anyone out there is interested, please contact me. Thank you! |

| I have a 9 1/2 lb spayed Yorkie, Piper. Sacramento isn't far from Sparks; maybe when the weather settles we could arrange to meet the canines just for the fun of it...? You'll find all kinds of guidance and suggestion here---from members who truly care and know what they're talking about. |

| Curious why you don't want to breed to another Silky? Especially since your Silky is AKC?
