I've seen some "methods" to removing ticks which sometimes can do more harm then good. Below is a link on some of them... You'd be surprised at some of the "methods" ppl try.... Myths About Removing Ticks: Busted! | Pet Health Central About your leash issue... how about leashing him inside the house, let him drag it around? Heh, join the club. 6.2 weeks old and she hated it. I finally grabbed a new brush of MINE and tried it. She adores it now. I'm thinking of getting those curved dog brushes for her legs and under side/chest. She'll grab her bone and wait for grooming now. Her harness. Oohhhhh boy. That's different. I'm the only person in the house that can wrangle it on her. It requires lots of reassuring pats, kisses, and a treat. She trusts me to take it off of her when she gets home. Be persistent with that, too. I'm noticing improvement every week. Now, when someone can tell me how the heck I can get her to stop pulling off her top knots, that'd be great. :p |
